The legroom in both front and back is remarkable. I do wish the seats were a little wider and deeper for the driver but that's a very minor issue. I especially like the quiet ride and the fast pickup from the engine.

So I was very excited and eager to replace my first Ford baby.I was really disappointed during my shopping experiences... until I came to All American Ford of Old Bridge. I am truly appreciative of the great service I received while at Millennium Honda. I usually NEVER write reviews; i'm never compelled to. However, after experiencing the great customer service by Sueheddy and Billy, it would be an injustice not to write a review! I came here to get my car serviced because I was sick and tired of being told that nothing was wrong with my car by another service center in Woodside Queens. {not going to mention their name, although you probably have a clue.] Amongst a myriad of problems, my car would shake a lot during idle and reverse gear, the ride was VERY bumpy and might have needed strut replacement. After entering the service center, [which had no long lines] I was directed in the right direction and was actually acknowledged as a human being waiting to be seen. I was already surprised by that fact and did not expect the amazing customer service I was about to receive. Sueheddy promptly called me up to the desk and I started to list all the issues with the car. She was patient with me while I was being emotional about the other service center which would never "find any problems" with my vehicle. She told me it would be a couple of hours and I said that's more than fine. Only an hour later she briefed me on things that were wrong: ALL [4] SHOCKS/STRUTS and a side engine mount was broken. I was glad I have Honda Care when she told me that because all that was covered. Sue told me that they would order the parts and the car would be ready in 2 days. In my mind, I did the math and made peace with the fact that it might be 4-5 days, knowing these service center quotes. But I was surprised again. Sue told me the car would be ready by Tuesday, lo and behold; the car was ready on Tuesday at 2:35 PM... Sue epitomizes what great customer service is and from the looks of it, it seems like the whole service center has a good culture in helping out their customers and have a great sense of urgency to solving problems. I will always appreciate the help I received!!! P.s. Billy Arnold, the service mechanic actually spoke to me [I've never seen a mechanic speak to anyone] about my vehicle and even told me to remove my bumper guard because theyd give my car a wash after they fixed the issues. Another great example of Customer Service and Urgency!!!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I traded my 2007 Ford Edge on a new 2018 Ford Edge SE and I couldn't be happier. I just hope it ends up being as great of a car as my 2007 model was. I feel like I got a steal of a deal considering they were wanting to move the last of the last 2018's to make room for the 2020's that will be coming out next. My SE has everything I need and I love, love, love this car! I am so glad I was able to get a white/black one which is exactly what I wanted. There was never any question after driving my 2007 for over 8 years with no problems what my next car would be. I walked out of that dealership feeling like a winner!

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

Horrific experience! From start to finish. Made an appointment 1week in advance. Brought the car 7am. Couldn't get an estimate in 1,5 days. Couldn't reach service adviser for 2 days. Tried 3text messages, 6 phone calls, No replies. The estimate i got was on the phone, and cwhen i insist the estimate was handwritten with no explanation of what is wrong or what work to be done. Estimate on the phone was "little less than $1,000 including tax" , i paid $1,066 with tax. I'm not a guy who write comments on the internet about a company or call the company headquarters to complain, but this experience was a complete disaster.

I have had two Ford Edge cars and they both have been terrific. The first was a loaded SEL with V6 and the latest is the Titanium luxury trim with 2.0L V4 with echo boost. Was concerned initially the V4 with echoboost wouldn’t have enough power but so far I can’t tell the difference from the V6. The lumbar support for both driver and passenger is great and heated seats and steering wheel makes driving in winter comfortable. The stereo with 12 speakers makes listening to music enjoyable. Rides smooth. Never have had a mechanical problem. Great car!

Ive seen some negative reviews on this site. But most you can just tell were difficult customers. We are on our 5th (or 6th) car from DANA. 2017 FORD EDGE SPORT. For my wife. 4 of them from SHAUNNA. She is more like part of extended family. (As well as JUAN) I always know what i want, & want to pay for it. And always got it. Her follow-up is second to none. We LIKE goin to see her, she makes things go smooth. Ive NEVER seen any upset or angry people in the showroom. And all the friends that have dealt with her feel the same. And my Son loves her too!. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I actually went to buy an explorer and once I drove the edge I was sold. Has alot of leg room and it has all the luxuries I had in my previous vehicle. I love how it hugs the road as well as the feel of safety driving it. I would highly recommend the Ford edge .

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

This my first SUV and I absolutely love this vehicle. I have a V-6 which has great pick up and power. Seats are very comfortable and there is plenty of leg room (front and back). The cargo area is very roomy as well.

Vroom personnel were thoroughly professional and I received great value in my trade and new car. I took my car to the local dealer for a through inspection upon free delivery. (Vroom offers a 7 day free return policy.) The BMW service manager told me my 2015 X3 Xdrive28i was in such good shape, it would qualify as a certified per-owned on their lot. I easily could have paid $3K more for the car than I did from Vroom.

I'm just going to talke about the only thing that was really BAD. My target time for delivery was 6am - 8am. My car showed up at 8PM. Hard to check it out in dark. I took the day off. And since it came so LATE that I had to call in sick the next day. (I get up at 3am for work) And the drivers door emblem was missing. Delivery drive said I had to prove it to him, that one was there when I nought th car, witch I did. He said there company would send me one. Yea RIGHT!!!
