Used 2023 Ford Edge for sale near River Rouge, MI

I've been very pleased with Royal Oak Ford since I first bought my vehicle from them eight years ago. I was able to get the car I needed at a respectable price, and since that time they have provided sterling service for my periodic maintenance and one major repair. I find them competent, professional, friendly and understanding. All I could want from my auto dealer and service agent.

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. She was on the ball, super attentive, and knew everything about the Ranger and Ford's other offerings. Rachel made sure I got exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions like a pro. Candy Serra, the sales manager, was also awesome. She personally made sure I was happy and really helped with the financing process. Candy really cared about making my experience top-notch. And let me tell ya, the Ford Ranger itself is one badass truck. The Serra Ford team knew their stuff and helped me find just the right one. They explained all the different options, safety features, and cool tech stuff. All in all, I can't recommend Serra Ford enough. Great dealership experience as usual.. dealership seems to be leaning more toward excuses and lack of options since Ford continues to eliminate desired vehicle models... heading toward limiting customers to the point of brand switching .. as much as I am die hard Ford, I see why customers are shopping elsewhere ..not EVERYONE wants an F150..!! Stop shoving battery vehicles down everyones throat!!!
