Went in for a 90,000 mile service. Everything was great. Facility was clean, staff polite and knowledgeable, service done in timely manner, no one asking if you want to buy a new vehicle, nice area to work while you wait and the cafe has good omelets made to order. I just wish the cafe opened earlier.

Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge RamReviews
Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram review
Purchasing a vehicle from out of state can be a bit intimidating, but my experience with Richardson CJDR was excellent from start to finish. The sales team and management were professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions, provided the information I needed to make an informed decision, and never made me feel pressured. Communication was timely, and they worked with me through all of the details that come with an out-of-state purchase. Even after the sale, they continued to provide great customer service by helping coordinate paperwork and making sure everything was handled correctly. It’s clear they value their customers beyond just making the sale. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from Richardson CJDR, even if you don’t live nearby, I would not hesitate to recommend them. They made what could have been a complicated process smooth and straightforward.

Group 1 Ford of Rockwall review
Great service by great people. They don?t have to tell you they do great service they show you! Merri my service advisor always remembers me and makes me feel confident about the service I?m requesting the products and price. She makes getting service done convenient and efficient for me. Bought my truck at a different dealer and their service department was awful. Came here and will keep getting my truck serviced and when time to buy again will stay with Group 1.
2023 Ford Edge review
I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

Kian Motors in Plano made my car-buying experience absolutely fantastic! The team was incredibly friendly, transparent, and genuinely helpful from start to finish—no high-pressure tactics, just great service. They offered a fantastic selection of well-maintained used vehicles, provided free CARFAX reports, and worked with me to find the perfect match for my needs. The process was smooth, quick, and stress-free, Hands down one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had—highly recommend Kian Motors to anyone looking for quality cars and exceptional customer care! 5 stars all the way! 🚗✨

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I live in Ohio and bought a new truck from this dealership because they had the exact truck I wanted. I had never bought a car out of state from a dealership before. They made the entire process quick and easy. They explained every step of the process so I knew what I needed to do next. Everyone from their sales, financing, title and shipping department were great to work with. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I also got the truck cheaper than I could, for a similar truck, from a dealership in my area. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

They were great. We flew in and they picked us up and had the paperwork ready to go when we arrived. They went over everything with us and made the transaction very smooth. Great dealership!
