Due to distance and current travel restrictions I negotiated everything over the phone/online. He even sent me a video of the car running. Began purchase process on Thursday and by the following Saturday the car was in my driveway 1,500 miles away. They were extremely helpful and without a test drive or looking at the car in person (which I wouldn't normally recommend) I couldn't be more happy with my car. Their online description was spot on, the car is immaculate and drives perfect. I've never had an easier experience with a dealership. The price was good and they even knocked off a little bit since I had to pay to have it transported.

Memorable Experience. Shout out to Delmar at Hertz Car Sales. My experience spanned 5 months from when I purchased a pre owned 2023 Toyota Corolla in October 2025 and received an excellent, professional experience. Recently I reached out to Toyota on Arapahoe to purchase / program a second key for the Corolla. I spoke with a service rep who indicated that he would call me back. He never did. I called Delmar and left a message. He responded with in a couple minutes with a contact to have a Toyota key cut / programed. He indicated that he no longer worked in car sales. It has been 5 months since I purchased and he responded in less than 5 minutes. This is a professional with nothing invested who responded and treated as a friend. Thank you Delmar!
