The key to this was patience. I paid off my truck 28k, on a Monday, that Thursday, it was taken from pristine condition to looking like it had the chicken pox EVERYWHERE. From the start, I knew the insurance company would try and screw me over.... and they did. Took it to Zeck, which I have bought multiple cars from prior. I had Buddy, out of curiosity, tell me what my truck was worth as it sits. Mind you, it was mainatained meticuloulsy, and had 47k miles and a 2012. I won't say what they offered, but it was a lot more than I thought. Fast forward a few weeks, after trying to stick to a budget, and find a truck I wanted, Ryan Banks and I became BFF's. We explored multiple trucks, multiple different ways to finance, without ever running a credit check. Lots of texts, phone conversations, mixed paper work after looking at a dozen trucks it all came together. I ended up getting a brand new truck, fully loaded, and with more than I ever wanted. These 2 guys, Buddy and Ryan, went above and beyond. There was no BS between any of us. I couldn't be happier how it all worked out. I have bought 4 or 5 cars from Zeck prior, and this is why I keep going back. I ended up with more truck than I expected. They listened to my exact wants, and well exceeded it. Good job boys! I said see you in 3 years, but we know good and well I'll see you before years end!!!! Just drop and and give them the business. I looked on the web within a 500 mile radius, and no one was even close to prices they had. I'm not the type to write reviews, or rate anyone. But this experience went from " I lost my perfect truck," to " I honestly can't believe the truck I bought." Hats off Ryan and Buddy! See you soon!
