This is my second Escape and it's great. I loved my 2010 and shopped across several brands to replace it last year. It came down to a Hyundai Tuscon or the new Escape. The Escape is just a little nicer and the price was the tipping point. I have an SE with the Sport Package and Sync3. It's an improvement over the older Escape because of improved view out and level of technology. The new Ford Pass app is a huge plus, that includes Remote Start for free!
Thank you so much to Ivan Garcia for being a great liaison during our repair process. I was so very pleased and impressed with his service and knowledge! Extremely happy and will be a long time customer.

It fits all our needs. We use it to travel and it is great on the road. The gas mileage is what was shown on the window sticker. HWY 28 City 24 I'm pleased with the mileage.

We purchased new Escape from sales person Mike Zwilling and discussed financing with Jason Bentley. This was an amazing experience and probably the best I have encountered. No pressure tactics were used, and we trusted Mike and Jason were giving us good information so we could make a well informed decision. I love the way this car rides. It drives so smooth. I especially like the bluetooth capabilities and the sync features. I am very happy with my purchase. I haven't had an American car in years. I look forward to keeping this one for a long time. :)
I have recently purchased a new F350 pickup and had nothing but a wonderful experience. The trade in value they gave me was great and speed of getting the deal done was fast!
I also just brought two different vehicles in for service. Jeff was my service manager for both and was very helpful. One of the vehicles was a RV that needed to be fixed right away, of course right. Jeff was able to get it fit in and fixed on time for the trip! Thank you!!
The second vehicle was a F150. Again, Jeff slid it in and got it fixed on time! I would also like to thank Heather and the lady that helped me get F150 loaner! All are running great and have zero issues.
The only problem I had, hence the average rating on "Quality of Repairs" category, was finding the issues on both vehicles I had serviced. With the RV I was told it ran fine when the mechanic took it for a test drive. Jeff called me back right away with the update as to where I explained there was a service done and plugs were just replaced, and suggested that a/some coils maybe the issue. I'm no mechanic and figured this should have been figured out by the mechanic. There was two coils out and once fixed the RV ran great!
Same with the F150. The mechanic couldn't find the problem and said the only thing it could be was that I was using the wrong non coded key. Again, Jeff let me know of this right away and gave me some options. I opted per Jeff's recommendation to leave it there overnight. The mechanic did figure out the problem later that evening and I was able to pick it up in the a.m.
All and all Your team helped me out and got me back on the road again!
Holt Motors has great employees. Jerome Lindquist is awesome to work with, he is very honest, nice and calm, not pushy or overbearing. He is a nice person. Jeff Lhotka in the service department is also very friendly and nice to work with. Very comfortable place to do business, whether it be for vehicle services or sales. Vehicle has many standard options and good power and torque. Good Options on the SE model. Only thing that could be better is the layout and lighting for video screen, the icons need to be bigger and shift lever panel isn’t lighted. Everything else in the interior is great.
Fist service on my new Ford - as always the staff were super helpful the service was done on-time and to the quoted cost. We have deal with the folks at Superior Ford in Plymouth for a few years and their friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile have always impressed.

I previously owned an Equinox. When I test drove the Escape I was completely blown away. It was a great ride and I loved the various features. My only complaint is the head rests, they seem to be in the way of sitting comfortably, I'm always hunched forward to avoid them. I have adjusted them, yet it's still annoying. Otherwise the car would get all 5 stars from me.
As Brit’s new to the US we needed help navigating buying a new car. Morrie’s were fantastic through this process and helped us every step of the way. A special shout out to josh who was kind, patient, informative and great to deal with. We love our Ford Explorer and recommend this car and dealership highly.
I leased a Fusion hybrid from Josh Ginsberg. He was very easy and fun to work with. he got me out of my lease now and lowered my payment about 100 bucks. All the managers were great to work with. They really gave me a different look on dealerships and buying a vehicle. Thanks everyone at Morries

The 3 people (Mark, Kevin, and Brad) that helped along the process were all willing to answer my questions, very patient, and didn???t make me feel rushed or like I was just another sale for them... Very happy with the preformance and all the features that the Escape has. plenty of power with the 2.0 ecoboost engine also love the heated seats and heated steering wheel.
