I am so blessed coming from having no heat to this amazing vehicle is well worth the wait. The axle on my Jeep was separating as I was driving to the Dealership. God blessed me to get there safe. I did not have to drive the Jeep back home.
I would like to leave a review for James Main. I had a problem with a refund on an extended warranty and another associate dropped the ball twice. I talked to James Main and he had it fixed within a day. Thank You. You are a great asset to your company.

For the price you can t beat this SUV. Practical, economical, inexpensive. Hood looking. Lots of power equipment and convincence items. I have two. Both awd.
I was called shortly after making inquiry. Had the truck l wanted, haggled the price a little and bought it over the phone. They delivered the truck and paperwork. I would recommend.
Two years no problems year then....

I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems
i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok
All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price
I will not purchase or lease it again.
Going to southpoint dodge for alignment but ended up in southpointe chevy. (My fault) waited 15mins to get my car checked in some of service guys was respectful and 3 others choose to sit on their butts. I guess they were ready to leave and ignored me until managment stepped in and got me a service advisor craig yi to check my car in for service. Job was completed and steering straight. Craig yi is an awesome guy and got one of the service mechanic to stay little longer to complete my alignment. Craig yi was the last service advisor to leave on 10/31/2018. Slow service at the start but big time service at the end. (Again i went to the wrong division so i will let the 15min wait to get check someone to assist me go) happy with my service on the car, craig yi, and employees who pass me and say hi. They are hard working sobs! (That is a good thing) A-

So far so good, wish it would get better gas mileage. Enjoying the sun roof and great features. It will meet my needs and expectations.

Just what I wanted for the price. Will be able to carry musical equipment that I use all the time being a working musician. The size of the back with seats folded down is great.
I was shopping for a used Chrysler Town & Country Van in excellent condition that had a 6-way power seat on the front passenger side and was white on the exterior. This particular model was very hard to find and CarMax only had about 4 of these nationwide out of about 340 Town & Country vans that they had in stock. I found one on-line that was in Texas that I liked. I contacted Brian Bricken and he started the process of having this particular van transferred to Tulsa. He called and let me know when it was here and ready to test drive. Brian was very easy to work with during the entire process. I test drove the van and liked it. Then I went through the actual buying process at CarMax which was quick and painless. Once I bought the van I took it to Christian Brothers Automotive on 81st street and for $99 plus tax they did a very thorough inspection and only found a few minor things that they recommended to be fixed. I then made an appointment with the CarMax Service Department and Bob helped me through that process. He gave my an appointment to bring the van and have their tech go through my short list of things that needed fixing. They replaced all the windshield wiper blades. They purchased and installed a rechargeable flashlight that was supposed to be in the van. They they ordered a plastic threshold to replace on that was slightly cracked. They also replace a piece of weatherstripping that had a minor tear in the black rubber. I am very pleased with my entire CarMax experience. Now I understand why there are so very many vehicles running around town with "CarMax" emblems on the rear of the vehicle. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle I plan to go on-line and see what CarMax has to offer.

I wish Ford still made this design. It met all our needs and I would definitely have purchased it again if the current model was as good.
This was my first time to buy a car, so I was super nervous about the whole process. Mario was so helpful, kind, and patient. He was not pushy at all! My dad and brother also purchased their cars through him, and after my fiance met him he told me he will definitely go through Mario when it comes time for him to buy a new car. Purchasing my new car through Mario and Bill Knight Ford made the process (that i thought would be a nightmare) so much fun!

This car meets all of my needs. It is roomy and comfortable, drives very smooth, and has little or no blind spots. I have only had it for a couple of days. But I live my car!
I’ve been buying used cars for 37 years. I’ve never had a better experience than Kirkpatrick auto sales. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Mike. If you want the best car at the best deal this is the place!

My car had 52k miles on it when I bought it. You could tell it was well maintained. No rust, very clean inside and out, has enough space and legroom for my growing family. Drives well. I've had no problems with the car since it was purchased. I just could not resist the low mileage. Its a great car. I love it!
Found out if we turn the traction control off we get 33 mpg. The vehicle rides nice. Not as much room as our Windstar had, but still pretty nice and seats 4 comfortable and can seat 5. Got the aspirated engine as wanting nothing to do with the turbo. Have not had that long, bought used with around 18K miles, but so far pleased with the vehicle. Nothing fancy, the S model, but seems to be decent transportation.
Braden was a great salesman to work with! We were looking to trade in my old car that was in service at Jackie Cooper for a Nissan Juke - a car I've had my eye on for 3 years! Not only did Braden (& Matt) help get us a great trade in deal, but he was courteous and caring through the whole process. When I realized I'd left something valuable in my old car, he and Kim (at the desk) were quick to recover what I'd left and kept it safe until I could get there. Everyone in the service department is awesome as well. I've been nervous about car dealerships from horror stories and bad experiences in the past, but Jackie Cooper has my business from now on. Truly top quality service. And I LOVE my Juke! :)

I recently bought my first Escape as a pre-owned vehicle. I must say this is the is a fun SUV to drive. I have owned over 40 cars in my lifetime and I love this one. If I had to complain about something it's that the seats leave something to be desired in the comfort area.
Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.
Was shopping for a new CR-V at South Point Honda. Worked with Steven Moore, one of the best salespersons I have ever got the pleasure to meet. The dealership is top notch and the service dept. will exceed any expectations you might ever have. Was a very good all around experience .

I bought the vehicle 6 days ago. I love it and look forward to driving it! Vehicle is comfortable and reliable and comfortably fits my kids and husband at 6'8".
We want to sincerely thank everyone at Harlan Ford for their kindness and honesty with us when our truck broke down in Okmulgee on our way to Galveston . it was Sunday night and we parked our fifth wheel and pickup in their driveway overnight. First thing Monday morning Tracy helped us get right in and Stephen, the mechanic, fixed it in less than two hours. The cost was very reasonable. We were extremely pleased and thankful that we broke down close to them.

The Escape is a nice car Its a good value to us so far and the only 1 gripe is the stop start when you stop. You can turn it off but has to be done every drive.
Great service and wonderfully professional start to finish. I won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else. I tried the “other” Chevrolet service center across town and was throughly disappointed. Thank for making me believe again Southpointe!

Nice car , everything that I expected, it gets great gas mileage, rides good , cargo space is what we need , biggest reason I bought it was it is a 4 wheel drive ,,, yes ,,, Thx again chris ...
I really like it. The seats fold flat only because of the special mechanism when the seats fold down. I wish it was truly flat. I test drove one where it was broken so the seats did not fold flat. The steering wheel is a little small I feel. I'd like it to be a bit wider specifically. The Bluetooth audio is subpar in my base model, so getting the options of android auto or Apple car play is definitely worth the money. I wish the fuel economy was a tad better, but it's whatever.
The salesperson was very accommodating and easy to work with. The car was delivered from California in four days but had to wait an additional eight days for title transfer. Thankyou Oklahoma! Picking up the vehicle was fairly easy and the staff was professional and congenial. The vehicle was everything that was promised and I would definitely recommend them .

This is the third Ford Escape I have owned. I have stepped up in model each time. This is a Titanium. I am loving all of the ' bells and whistles' it has. It has plenty of leg room front and back; and the cargo space is fabulous. I am loving the moon roof and heated seats, too, as well as the mpg.
