Yaz has been working effortlessly to help fix my husband’s truck and has treated us like family the entire time. Yesterday Phillip did my oil change and gave me a realistic timeframe for when to fix a specific issue, instead of trying scare us into having it done right away. His priority was to inform us of what needed done while also respecting the financial commitment needed to fix the problem. Both of the ladies at the check-out for service and at the front desk for sales were extremely kind and welcoming. We are in the very beginning stages of considering buying a new car. We met with Piero who patiently answered our questions and allowed us to test drive a car. What we appreciated the most is that he didn’t try to pressure us into buying a car, instead he simply made himself available for when we are ready and made sure we had any information needed. traded in my 2016 Mustang GT in for the 2025 Escape and so far I'm loving it, good gas mileage, reliable, such a smooth ride and fun to drive.

First & foremost I did NOT purchase a vehicle from them but that was because I got a better deal with a closer dealership. HOWEVER, GEOFF (pronounced Joff) was THE BEST salesman I ever dealt with. He was very kind and extremely helpful when I was looking at their Chevy SS sedan. He made sure all my questions were answered and thoroughly explained everything to this first time buyer. I NEVER spoke with him before this encounter and just read a google review on the business & someone mentioned his name because he helped so I asked for him. When I am in the market for a Tahoe I will DEFINITELY return to him. I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

I had my trucks oil change and tire rotation, they a oil leak and called the warranty company to get approval to fix it , they called today and it was approved

This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

My experience with JEEP New Port Richey was excellent throughout. Highly professional, very good communication very personable staff. The only difficulty with the experience was the delayed manufacturing and delivery time of the vehicle. This took about six months. The dealership was helpful and communicative throughout this delay and I am very appreciative of their service. Other than that, everything was great.

It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!

Bought in 2023 used with 30k miles, after driving it for six months it had become my favorite car, it’s smooth, I avg 27mpg in town driving, 33 highway. They don’t have tons of street lighting here and I hit a curb one evening and enjoyed discovering a spare tire I could switch myself until going to tire store next day.

Found The used truck that I wanted. Filled out there Online Credit App. The following day I was contacted and they ask if I was Ready to move forward later that day I was approved. My score was so so but they still got me a good rate. This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

I purchased new nine months ago. No problems. Lots of good options. Good mileage. Up to 35 mpg on highway using cruise control. Acceleration is excellent. A lot of room for a small suv. The only thing I don't like is the dial shifter. I prefer a stick. In my opinion this is an excellent all around suv. It doesn't do everything and it doesn't please everyone but show me a car that does. I would recommend it.

Very nice suv for us. Ford made it easier for all the controls to be operated they also put more push buttons back in. Very high tech suv but easy to use. Great mileage for an awd. I’m really enjoying my 2022 Ford Escape SE more than I expected. This SUV is new to me having purchased “used” at 4500 miles just 3 weeks ago. It’s mainly used for my work commute. We just finished a trip we take several times per year and what comfort and performance! The several drive modes - normal, eco, sport and slippery roads - really make a difference in response, feel and performance. I used eco mode for the 350 mile trip home and confirm an incredible range of well over 500 miles on a 16 gallon tank. This is not a hybrid! This shreds the performance of our well-liked 2015 escape that gets about 350-400 mile range on the same size tank. The turning radius of my 2022 is noticeably improved over our 2015 model. The headlights with auto high beam is a real treat too. The heated seats are excellent & improved over our 2015 for fast heating & comfort that goes beyond the seat to the seat back as well. I’m looking forward to owning this SUV for many years.

Drove this 2021 escape hybrid got 40mpg and the seats were nice. The interior is not bad for the price its cheap but not fall apart cheap. On the outside it's just another white SUV the ride is a bit harsh and the 2.5 4 banger is a reiable engine. All is forgiven when the price is considered $24,000 ($21,000) after NJ EV rebate not bad for the money wireless Android Auto would have been nice though.

I purchased a new 2020 Ford Escape Titanium 2.0 AWD in early 2021. Four years and 60,000 miles later, I have little to complain about. The Negatives: Like many newer vehicles, the reliabilty has kept me guessing. The car has had trips to the dealership at 2k miles for a check engine light and rough idle, and various coolant leaks at 30k, 45k, and now 60k. I may try to schedule next years coolant leak appointment at 75k, and hope nothing else goes wrong. I am nervous for reliabilty going forward outside of the warranty. Also, the car depreciated at a painful rate. The Positives: This thing moves! The 2.0 turbo has 250hp and plenty of torque, giving it a surprisingly sporty feel in a little SUV. With highway driving, I regularly get between 35-42mpg. I have also been impressed with its towing ability. It will regularly tow up to the maximum of 3,500 lbs, including a 12' enclosed trailer full of furniture. It handles towing like a champ, while getting 14-16mpg (better than some trucks empty). Other notable positives are the interior design and function, the Fordpass app, and the driving technology (HUD, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Early version of Blue Cruise). Overall, it's a great car for the value. Perfect for a small family or dog owner, looking for something economical and versatile. You may want to get on a first name basis with the local Ford service department and have a backup vehicle.

Purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from Ferman BMW and David Soto was our salesman. We had arranged to see and test drive online and were using Sams club program I did not plan on trading in as I had a good offer from Carvana. They were able to meet my requirement to trade in my vehicle. David was excellent, no pressure, calm and friendly. Business office was the same, no pressure and easy experience I will highly recommend Ferman based on this experience and David Soto as an excellent person to deal and buy from. Only issue we wish we had been told there was only one key/ fob to vehicle as now we must pay for a second key/ fob

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

The service rep was excellent. Answered all my questions and kept me informed as to what was going on. The waiting area was clean and well maintained.
