2017 Ford Escape review
This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

I just got a new Honda CRV and had Jim Beatty as a salesman. The CRV is great and Jim was great. If you go there for a purchase you can’t go wrong with Jim Beatty as your salesman. Not pushy and easy to work with. I’m 56 and have bought several cars in my life and this may have been my best experience so far.

They pick up my truck and serviced it, delivered it back to me the same day. Great service!!!
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

2018 Ford Escape review
Bought a new 2018 escape with a 2.5L,it now has 151,000 miles, other than 3 batteries that Ford replaced for free and $2,028.00 on brakes,4 plugs,2 coil packs and some front end work it has performed outstanding, kept the oil changed with Mobil 1 full synthetic oil and have had literally NO problems,I see it easily making over 200,000 miles.

They’re good at what they do. They low-balled me big time on my trade in but I was able to talk them up to something I could live with. They also worked with me on some extra touch ups my wife and I wanted done to scratches on the passenger door. Overall, a pleasant experience. Izzy was a great salesman and Anya in finance is great! My truck was priced nicely and it was too good of a deal to pass on so I’m quite satisfied overall.

Germain Mazda of ColumbusReviews
Germain Mazda of Columbus review
Real people with real genuine care for customers I am a brand new member of the Madza family. I was looking for safety and comfort while maintaining good financial stewardship ... and found a whole lot more to be thankful for with Germain Mazda of Columbus. Keryon, my sales associate, was such a joy to work with during this whole process. I first met him when I came in for a test drive and later on discussed details of purchasing. It was like meeting with an old friend. Not once did I feel rushed, neglected, or pressured. His kindness and follow-up was a determining factor in my choice of dealership. Communication with Keryon was respectful, informative, honest and very comfortable. He followed up quickly with any questions or requests I had, let me know what he was actively working on, and even apologized for and kept me aware of any unanticipated delays. Morgan, the sales manager, made sure I was taken care of during this whole process. There was a brief unintended clerical error that she promptly corrected that inadvertently resulted in a misunderstanding on my part. It was dealt with in a respectable and non-judgmental manner to my benefit, without me requesting the offered solution. It was so refreshing to have a car dealership look out for my best interest. I met THE "Mazda Mike", general manager, who was very kind and personable. He took the time to get to know me and make sure all my questions were answered even though it was very busy at the dealership. Every employee that walked by offered a kind smile and asked if I needed anything while waiting comfortably at the dealership. I really felt genuinely "welcomed into the family". Germain Mazda of Columbus advertises the best price in Columbus. I can attest this is a true statement and not just a gimmick! I am absolutely enjoying my new Mazda CX-50 hybrid and all the features of the Premium plus trim-I highly recommend working with this dealership if you are in the market for a Mazda!

Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Delaware review
Jacob was timely and efficient! He made buying my used wrangler EASY and I’m so excited!!
2020 Ford Escape review
I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased new nine months ago. No problems. Lots of good options. Good mileage. Up to 35 mpg on highway using cruise control. Acceleration is excellent. A lot of room for a small suv. The only thing I don't like is the dial shifter. I prefer a stick. In my opinion this is an excellent all around suv. It doesn't do everything and it doesn't please everyone but show me a car that does. I would recommend it.

Coughlin Kia of DublinReviews
Coughlin Kia of Dublin review
Crown Kia is a great place to get your vehicle serviced. They were able to get me in last minute for an oil change before I left on vacation. It took a little longer then normal, but was ok because I knew I didn't have an appointment. Alex Greenland was polite and super helpful. Highly recommend Crown Kia.
2019 Ford Escape review
Looking for good gas mileage and comfort. Also, looking for closer place to get service which Raabe provided. The reliability of the vehicle was also a consideration.

Coughlin Kia of Lewis CenterReviews
Coughlin Kia of Lewis Center review
LOOK NO FURTHER for another dealership or vehicle!!! We have purchased many vehicles over the last 30+ years through several dealerships and with several manufacturers. The buying process has always been stressful, lack-luster, and the sales/finance teams were aggressive. At Kia Coughlin we met Bryce and Andrew who treated us like family and made the car buying process easy, fun, and tailored to our needs. They listened to what we wanted, and they delivered! They went above-and-beyond to get the exact car we wanted - a black, AWD, EV6 GT. And the car was delivered in less than one-month instead of three-months! Financing was easy and hassle-free. No sales gimmicks or pressure. We asked for reasonable trade-in compared to Kelly Blue Book and what we were offered at a certain car buyer, and Andrew made it happen. THE EV6 IS THE BEST electric vehicle and it's just not only our opinion! Oh yeah...and the EV6 GT...the car is beyond expectations and EXTREMELY FUN TO DRIVE and FAST! We drove and researched several electrical vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Tesla, Hyundai, Nissan, and Rivian). The Kia EV6 is superior to them all. The EV6 is luxurious and comfortable; has everything you need from auto-drive to wireless charging; the exterior and interior design are aesthetically beautiful. We highly recommend the lighting package for any EV6 model. I have had the EV6 GT for two weeks and I have had several people at stop lights roll down their window and tell me how amazing the car looks. In store parking lots I have had three different people stop to tell me how awesome the car looks and ask me questions about the EV6. Charging at home is a breeze and inexpensive...at 2.5-3 miles per KwH and current electrical charges of $0.075 per KwH...you pay only $25-$30 per 1000 miles at home!!! And you get the best warranties we've ever been offered...10 years and this even covers NORMAL WEAR and TEAR - just not the tires, wipers, or brakes. We even test drove the EV6 Wind AWD and it is just as amazing as the GT and the Wind gets a little more mileage per charge - but we wanted the 576HP from the GT! GO SEE BRYCE and ANDREW at KIA COUGHLIN TODAY!!!... ...and get your new Kia from a new kind of dealership - one that is honest, treats you like family, and has integrity!!! We are so grateful to Kia Coughlin, Bryce, Andrew, and the rest of the team for making our car buying experience the best ever - bar none! And, we are grateful to Kia for making the best electrical vehicle on the market - the EV6 GT! Thank you to the entire Kia Coughlin Team, Paul and Jeff K-W Delaware, OH, 43015

Love this car. It is my first time owning an SUV and it is great. Meets all comfort & convenience requirements . Probably my most enjoyed is elevated seating provided by an SUV. Also enjoy heated seats now that I am older.

2019 Ford Escape review
I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

CarMax Fayetteville review
We went there yesterday looking for a used car. My 1st requirement was that I didn't want to be there for 7 hours. Michael was our associate and he did a fantastic job making that happen! He is a fairly new employee of Carmax but I would've thought he had been there for years! He was very knowledgeable and so efficient. He was patient and answered all our questions. I did get my 2016 Nissan Rogue and absolutely love it! I will definitely return to Carmax for all my car buying needs.
2020 Ford Escape review
Drove this 2021 escape hybrid got 40mpg and the seats were nice. The interior is not bad for the price its cheap but not fall apart cheap. On the outside it's just another white SUV the ride is a bit harsh and the 2.5 4 banger is a reiable engine. All is forgiven when the price is considered $24,000 ($21,000) after NJ EV rebate not bad for the money wireless Android Auto would have been nice though.

CarMax KenoshaReviews
CarMax Kenosha review
I would highly recommend Carmax Kenosha. We setup an appt and test drive on their website, and Sergio reached out right away and put the vehicle on hold for us. When we arrived the car was ready for us to test drive, and while we were test driving they looked over our current trade in. We got a fair value on our trade in, a fair price on our new vehicle, and we were in and out in under 2 hours. Thanks Carmax and Sergio for the awesome experience!!
2016 Ford Escape review
Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.
