Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

Service got me in for diagnosis of check engine light next day and called 4 hours later with plan for repair and safety info to allow me to use vehicle. Internet search by me showed new vehicles on lot that interested me. Ty moved both vehicles next to each other so comparison could be done. Ty and Kyle worked with us to complete a deal that I believe was fair to us and Mathews Currie. Chris in finance processed the purchase quickly and even got a better rate. Excellent experience!

I came in with my Daughter looking for a nice car for her. We left with a great car, great deal and great experience. When we walked in the door we were paired up with sales associate Travis who introduced himself and got going figuring out what she wanted. Never once did he push. He set us up to look at 3-4 vehicles and 2 to test drive. We drove, the car that was eventually purchased, and came back ready to purchase. Travis carefully talked us through the purchase process. He was very careful to let us know that there was an open recall on the vehicle. We traded in her old vehicle and received a (more than fair) offer for it!. As we were going through the payment / signing process, he kept stopping in to see how we were doing . The gentleman who helped us with the paper work was pleasant and very helpful. When the decidedly un-painful process was over, her car was ready, clean, with a full tank and ribbon-on-top. Travis saw her out of the garage and on her way. Plus he recommended a killa pizza joint for dinner. Kudos Sir and kudos to CarMax.

Was a nice easy transaction, clear communication, and upfront pricing. They offer the traditional extended warranty, aftermarket parts, etc but was an option not a high-pressure sales tactic. Great to deal with, would buy again.

Just bought a new Maverick. Masen Dilley was my salesman. I’ve purchased 4 other new cars out of town and found this experience in town (Litchfield) was by far the best. This summer my husband and I took a trip West. On day three the air conditioner on our Ford 250 truck quit. We stopped at a few dealerships along the way to try to get the A/C looked at. Some dealerships could take us in 2 weeks and others not at all. We called Kalispell Ford and they said they would work us in! The folks at this dealership are gems! They spent several hours looking at the problem, which we were thankful for. While we waited, they shuttled us to the local Walmart for our entertainment and picked us up when we were ready to return to the dealership. Back at the dealership, the waiting area was comfortable with snacks and drinks provided. While we were not able to get the A/C repaired because a new compressor was needed and it would be a special order, these people TRIED! As I said before, others wouldn't even look at it. My husband spoke to the manger and expressed our appreciation for his crew. We would definitely recommend Kalispell Ford!

However just recently I stopped by for a quick question and met both the GM and service manager. I was very impressed. So I gave them another try. They did a great job today and I will be back!
