Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

Great experience! Called to verify availability, Chris assured me it was and set time for a test drive. While driving 2+ hrs to get there, Leo, our salesperson texted to verify the address. Leo had the truck ready, test drive, short discussion and a brief wait for finance. While waiting provided vouchers for vending machines to snack. Eric from finance made it a completely seamless transaction. 100% recommend Ferman and their entire team!

You have to ask for Adolfo when you come here, he will take care of you and make sure you get what you need. The attentiveness, and honesty is something rare to find; Metro Ford is where you’ll find it without a doubt. I’ve bought both of my Mustangs here and my next car will be from here as well.

Emma was / is great. Answered questions and looked up the answer if she didn't know. The dealership is clean and willing to make things right without the games you find at other used car shops. They inspect and fix the little things owners sometimes let go. Good experience.

Vanessa from Jarrett Scott Ford contacted me after I sent the inquiry from Cars.com in reference to a 2021 Tahoe. She was very helpful, professional, and no pressure. I decided to test drive the Tahoe. Due to an earlier appointment on the Monday that I had I couldn’t make it to the dealership until their closing hour of 7pm. Vanessa and Robert stayed late. Was a nice easy transaction, clear communication, and upfront pricing. They offer the traditional extended warranty, aftermarket parts, etc but was an option not a high-pressure sales tactic. Great to deal with, would buy again.

Just bought a new Maverick. Masen Dilley was my salesman. I’ve purchased 4 other new cars out of town and found this experience in town (Litchfield) was by far the best. Masen was extremely fair and knowledge. Victory Lane already had 2 generous dealer discounts. In my entire 100 mile search area this small town Lot had the most attractive deal on the truck with options I wanted. And I checked in with a dozen other lots. Masen made it an irrefutable offer by adding a bed cover that he installed himself. Just a great guy and a pleasure to do business with him and Victory Lane!

In the past - several years ago when autonation first bought this dealership - I had several terrible experiences. However just recently I stopped by for a quick question and met both the GM and service manager. I was very impressed. So I gave them another try. They did a great job today and I will be back!

This summer my husband and I took a trip West. On day three the air conditioner on our Ford 250 truck quit. We stopped at a few dealerships along the way to try to get the A/C looked at. Some dealerships could take us in 2 weeks and others not at all. We called Kalispell Ford and they said they would work us in! The folks at this dealership are gems! They spent several hours looking at the problem, which we were thankful for. While we waited, they shuttled us to the local Walmart for our entertainment and picked us up when we were ready to return to the dealership. Back at the dealership, the waiting area was comfortable with snacks and drinks provided. While we were not able to get the A/C repaired because a new compressor was needed and it would be a special order, these people TRIED! As I said before, others wouldn't even look at it. My husband spoke to the manger and expressed our appreciation for his crew. We would definitely recommend Kalispell Ford!

Since expressing my concerns, Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette reached out promptly and took the necessary steps to fully address the issue with my vehicle. I have now been driving my car for a week, and I can genuinely say it feels smoother and more refined — a noticeable improvement that I truly appreciate. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Hunter for taking the time to personally look into the matter and ensure that the issue was properly corrected. Thank you as well to Edwin, my service advisor, for your guidance throughout the process, and to Charity for your patience, professionalism, and kindness.
