Mooresville FordReviews
Mooresville Ford review
I had the smoothest experience buying a car from Mooresville Ford. I had three people working for me to answer my questions, explain contracts, track down people, and generally made it easy to buy online. My new vehicle has turned out to be in very good shape and was serviced and ready to ride before I bought it. The risk of buying was eliminated by two layers of safety. First, I could drive it for 10 days, which I did and had my hybrid specialist look at it. Great shape for the mileage and age. Like new to me. Second, it is backed by the "Ford" 3-month fix anything discovered during that period. I am happy.

Jerry Hunt Supercenter review
my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives, etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. Alex was called by us, showed us that car, not pushy, though, and we made the purchase. He followed up with us a few days later, which was nice of him. Zack, who did the paperwork, was also very polite, and thorough...would recommend Jerry Hunt Auto...ps, and ask for Axel

Ashley took great care of my repair. She worked between the service and parts departments to get me the best deal possible for my repair. She followed up at each stage of the repair process and was readily available for questions I had. Oh and I forgot to mention I was on the road between jobs and they worked me in immediately. I Highly Recommend service here.

Love the car but still has problems with the Collison message keeps coming on. Still trying to get the factory code to program some systems. Had it at 2 different dealers. The I bought it at does not return calls.

When we walked on the lot we were just looking and one of the nicest salesmen EVER met us outside. My husband wanted a used truck and he can be very picky so we did not think we would find anything for him but Kevin S. worked overdrive to help us. We found the one and we are extremely happy with it and the deal we got! Everyone was super friendly and we always give all the glory to God but a huge thank you to Albemarle Ford and their staff!! We will purchase from them again! The Shulers

Crossroads Ford KernersvilleReviews
Crossroads Ford Kernersville review
The truck was being repaired. When I left the truck, I asked Sarah for an NC Safety inspection so I could renew my registration, a copy of the front-end analysis report and to replace the air filter in the driver/passenger compartment. When I picked up the truck, Sarah provided the requested documentation and advised that I had to check out with Johnny in the Service Department. It was a collaborative effort between Sarah and Johnny. It was well done. When I visited Johnny, he not only reviewed the alignment documentation but also asked if I wanted to use my Ford points to pay. This was a positive customer service interaction. I hope Crossroads Ford leadership truly appreciates Sarah and Johnny!
2019 Ford Expedition review
Powerful and luxurious, I wish the navigator interior/seats was in the platinum. The massage is great but not vibrations only rollers, no hill driving mode which is weird, besides those items this thing is a rolling work of art, nice looking smooth, quick, comfortable and spacious. A lot pile of electrical goodies and tech too assist with daily driving needs. Honestly this and the navigator are the only real choice on the market. All else are underpowered and unreliable overpriced junk.

Modern ToyotaReviews
Modern Toyota review
We had an outstanding experience working with Amanda Harris at Modern Toyota in Winston-Salem. She was extremely professional, friendly, and patient as we navigated several unexpected delays in getting the title for our trade-in. Amanda went above and beyond to hold the vehicle we really wanted, and made the entire trade and purchase process smooth and pressure-free. We drive from Raleigh to Winston just to buy from this dealership because there's no haggling or overselling—just honest, exceptional service. This was our fourth purchase from Modern Toyota and certainly won’t be our last. Highly recommend both the dealership and Amanda!
2018 Ford Expedition review
This has been our favorite vehicle. The list of features don't quit. So versatile. We have taken it off-roading, camping, long road-trips, day trips etc. Cleaning is easy with all-weather mats and leather interior. It's rare, but ours has the PANORAMIC-SUNROOF, which I love love love!!!!! The memory settings for the drivers are nice too. Just push a button and the mirrors and seat adjust to you. the convenient features just go on. I literally can't say enough good things about this vehicle!!! And this is all after 60k miles! Can't get a better family car!!

Beautiful luxury SUV. The exterior and interior is awesome. It has all the bells and whistles you would ever want. The ride is smooth, and the gas mileage is best among the other luxury SUV. The V6 engine has all the power you need

CarMax Independence Boulevard review
On yesterday, April 24, I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle I had been wanting for quite some time. Working with the team at Carmax on Independence Blvd in Charlotte, NC was worth the short drive from Columbia, SC. Everyone from Shakiyah (New Sales Consultant), Neil Petersen, Sales Consultant, Caleb (Sales Manager) and my absolute favorite, Kahlil, made my experience one of a kind! Thank you for your professionalism and for making my experience a great one!

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Davon is the salesman to go and see! He doesn’t pressure but more so encourages a sensible resolution. He got me into a XC40 and traded in my s60. Just a better lifestyle fit for me right now! Go see him. He will make sure to take care of you!
2020 Ford Expedition review
2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey
