I applied for financing on their website, which was very convenient so that the process would be sped up when I got there. Within an hour, Matt Miller called me with an offer. He was great to work with and took care of business quickly and efficiently. He was also very friendly and a pleasure to work with. When I got to the dealership, I test drove the 2009 Toyota Prius I was interested in. I fell in love with the car but had a concern about a little white box dangling by the tire. Immediately upon my return, Dena took a look at it and took it to the back to get fixed. She was fabulous! They got it fixed in about 10 minutes and it was good as new. Then I went to financing and filled out paperwork, and the man (I can't remember his name, short brown hair and brown beard) was excellent at explaining what each form was. He even told me about a better warranty package that I otherwise would not have gotten. I'm glad he referred this to me because it covered electrical things like the battery, which is very important in an electric car! Overall, this was a stellar experience. In less than 24 hours I've already referred 2 of my friends to this company, and I will ABSOLUTELY be back for my next vehicle. I had a fabulous experience. Thanks Matt and team! :)

I’ve become very loyal to the Expedition. I have never had a problem with any of them. My last one I rolled over 150k in miles.
The mileage isn’t great obviously, but the versatility is amazing!
Even the bells and whistles have bells and whistles! Amazing SUV at a fair price. Strong performance. Gorgeous styling. Plenty of room. Ford has a winner here! Very happy with this vehicle.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. A lot of car for the money. This thing is huge holds 8 people comfortably and still gets decent mpg. The market price does not do this vehicle justice.
I don’t recall the exact spelling of his name, but Moussa (the associate who arranged the car service) was exceptional. He was incredibly profesional and authentic. I asked his opinion on a service option or two and his way of explaining things with apparent honesty made it easy for me to trust his advice. I rarely bring my vehicle to the dealership for service, but as long as he and people like him are there, I probably won’t go anywhere else.

This SUV is a dream to drive and rides so smooth. Comfortable seating for 7 and easily accessible 3rd row seating. All the latest technology makes the Expedition easy to maneuver. Gas mileage up around 23 mpg so better than F-150. My best vehicle so far!!
I bought a vehicle sight unseen, which was scary! Andrew answered all my questions, took extra photos, etc so that I felt comfortable. Car arrived and I am very pleased with it. Also, Andrew followed through with all the paperwork and financing in a very professional and thorough manner.G

I love the exterior Ford stepped up on this one, interior is very roomy, I do not like the vents, but the vehicle itself is very nice. Rides good, but I am concerned about gas mileage. On average down the road at 60-65miles per hr the best average was 16.9miles/gallon.
Purchased a 2012 Mercedes Benz ML-350 from Gordon. Very pleasant and helpful. The price was competitive with other used car dealers. No frills shop...which I like!! I don't want to pay for fancy showrooms and slick sales people!! The transaction was smooth and quick. No high pressure sales tactics. Gordon seems very honest and upfront with everything! Great experience!!!

Well the vehicle I purchased was a 2006 and only the navigation system was out of date and it doesn't sync with my phone. It would be nice if it had daytime running lights but it does have automatic headlights.

Solid, comfort, reliability. Luxuries in everyway. my favorite is the heated/cooled seats an the feeling of not being confined - very spacious. I wouldn't buy any other vehicle.
Called 9:30 on a Monday, spoke to Richard and informed him my 2016 Pilot purchased in NY had a slow leak with a screw in the tire. His response, "how quick can you get it here I'll squeeze you in". Had an oil change and tire rotation done while it was in. I was not a customer of this dealership but they acted in a very kind professional manner. I shouldn't be surprised since they are a Honda dealer and proves to me that my Honda purchases since 1976 were indeed warranted. Thank you all very much and I will definitely visit again.

For the past two years this car has been a reliable way for me to get to and from where I need to go. It has tons of space and a great sound system so riding is always comfortable.

My 15-year-old Ford would not turn over. Couldn’t get it to start. The battery was fully charged. It was Saturday getting close to noon when I called Ron at Don Hinds Ford. He said if I could get the car in, they might have a chance to look at it that day. I had the car towed in, and Ron called me couple of hours later with the problem diagnosed as a starter. He didn’t have the part in stock, but said he could get it Monday. By Monday early afternoon, car was done and ready to go. It’s been running fine. The whole process was more than I expected. I couldn’t be more pleased. Ron was very courteous and professional.
