We had a great experience buying our 2025 Ford Escape at Apple Ford Shakopee. The Senior Sales Rep, Tim Baird, was so professional and helpful and treated us like family. He went out of his way to explain many features of the vehicle that are new to us. We are senior citizens and were blessed to have Tim take care of us.

Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

Traded an F-350 Tremor. While the truck could not be beat we needed a softer ride as our needs changed. The ride is outstanding and the handling is superb. The interior space is such a welcome asset. Thanks to Ford for a great product.

I did not purches from Walser as the vehicle I went there to see was sold shortly before I arrived. The sales person and I reviewed inventory at multiple Walser dealerships. I was looking for very specific vehicles and they did not have any more in stock.

I contacted the dealership they did ‘still’ had the Maverick. The salesman (Dylan) was very attentive we arranged for a test drive, the staff were all very nice, I did purchase the truck and have arranged for a second one in the next week or two, Thanks Guys!

Jim Jessen was the best car salesman we have ever met. All the staff were wonderful. Jim went above and beyond to help us choose a used Ranger for our granddaughter. He set up our granddaughter’s phone, made sure her automatic lights were on as we were leaving after dark etc. I can’t say enough about his care and customer service. When the check engine light came on late that night, it only took a phone call to Jim to have us come in the next day. After 2 1/2 hours of them checking it over, they found the sensor was faulty. A part is ordered and will be installed when it arrives. All at no cost to us. For the inconvenience, they buffed the car getting any small scratches etc out. The 2019 Ranger was one owner Blue Certified with 72000 miles. We are having it undercoated, they got us in Wednesday and offered a rental car to drive while this was being done. Just have to return with full tank of gas. No high pressure anywhere. So happy we went there. Go to Inver Grove Ford for the best service. Make sure and ask for Jim “JJJ” Jessen!!!! Mike Benincasa and his manager made buying a car as stress-free as possible. They were transparent about pricing, discounts, and the trade-in value of our old Nissan. Additional treatments and service contracts can be a potential minefield. Mike did a good job of explaining the range of options and we ended up choosing the set that felt right for our situation. Walter has upgraded its post purchase treatment process, (paint sealant etc) and they make the it easy, with a guaranteed loaner and home pick up if you desire. We were called two days after our purchase to schedule our appointment in the next few weeks. They work on salary, not commission. There’s no haggling over price, but they include a substantial discount from MSRP. So we felt like we got a pretty good deal.

Had a great experience dealing with Anthony as my online sales agent. He was knowledgeable and helpful through the process which we essentially did entirely online, via text and via phone call. Negotiated a good and fair deal and when I showed up to purchase the truck (and see it for the first time, it was exactly as advertised). Overall, after all said and done it was probaly the best car buying experiene I had. Nathan my sales guy was unbelievable. Frank sales manager and Bryan in finance were also amazing at what they did. Would highly recommend them.
