Good experience, very nice handling and easy to manipulate all the features. Mine is the limited version and it is really a nice and enjoyable car. Not sure it’s the in 50 plus years of driving but it is darn close.

Leesburg VW REVIEW 01/2026. I totally recommend this Volkswagen dealership and here is why! Since 2024 I have purchased 3 VW Tiguans from this dealership, yes 3! Even though it’s 50 minute drive each way I would not go to any other place. In contrast to 2022 when I purchased a VW Tiguan from VW of Orlando, these 2 dealerships are night & day, with Leesburg VW (Jenkins) being so superior in every way. Car buying today is what home buying was cost wise in the 1970’s it’s an expensive purchase which requires research on your part. Walk around the dealership, say hello to Bobbie the cashier next to parts department, the most knowledgeable and friendly person I have ever met my times at this dealership wouldn’t be complete unless I spent time talking with Bobbie. Whether it be the floors of the dealership, the restroom, office space the customer lounge all speaks volumes of how the GM Mr Vardis oversees this dealership. My experience deals I never thought possible can and did happen because of Andrew, Jeff, Mr Vardis, Brenda and Bobbie each contributing to make my purchases so satisfying and will make yours too. Interior and exterior design is excellent. Plenty of power, dependable, easy regular maintenance and everyone loves it. From Audi's back to Fords and the Explorer is it for me!

I love the color of this vehicle - sunset orange. With a built-in GPS and 3-row leather seats, and front row heated seats for cold weather, this is the best vehicle I've owned so far. However, there're no deep cup holders on the side panels. Being a woman, I wish that there're more little storage rooms for use. A small hook to hang a garbage bag in the front passenger side will be ideal when I alone use the car most of the time. There has been quite a bit of recalls on this vehicle, but the dealer fixes everything free.

I like it. It does well. The front seats aren't very comfortable. The gas mileage is a little weak. The V6 isn't really enough for this size vehicle. Lots of interior room.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. This car is way above what I expected. Has plenty of room if my grandchildren come to visit me. It came with tinted windows which saved me from having it done.

Great experience at CarMax Wichita! We worked with Sales Consultant Vernon Nelson and he was kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We felt zero pressure from him, which was a stark contrast to another dealership we were working with who pressured us hard and had an attitude when we didn't buy on the spot. Vernon just wanted us to have the best car for us, regardless of whether or not that was from CarMax. They offered us a fair price on both the trade-in and the vehicle purchase itself as well, so no we'd have no hesitations recommending them to others.

I have been dealing with my deceased father, Patrick Beall's, car. It broke down not to long after he passed. He left me the car and I had 2 mechanics work on it and it was a nightmare. By the time I had it towed to Stanley Ford house in Sweetwater, TX it was really messed up. Upon arrival I talked with Troy Schroedter in service and told him what all was done to the car and boy was he in for it I mean every turn he took he found something else that was not right but he stuck with me and got the car running again. The tech, Dustin Hammit, who was working on it never gave up either. Between the two of them they finally got my daddy's car working again. I had told Troy when I brought my daddys car to him that I wasn't wealthy and I was concerned about how much this was gonna cost and he just kept reassuring me that everything will be fine.
