We also had a training session with Shane, who thoroughly walked us through all the technology features of our new vehicle. Best experience in 50 years of purchasing vehicles. Here’s why: For some context: I’m a hard-core car guy and have purchased and owned a number of high-end vehicles over the years. Also, as a retired Sales VP I’ve seen some of the best and worst of sales experiences at car dealers. I could hardly wait to get my hands on their new Uncharted EV and was interested to see if the rumors I’ve heard about Subaru dealers being easy to work with were true. However, I never thought this would be the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. It was also a pleasant surprise because they’re part of a large conglomerate, AutoNation that had great reach to get me the vehicle I wanted and was unbelievably flexible. Andy Morales, my sales rep, was simply outstanding. He made the car buying process fun! He was very communicative, easy to work with, very knowledgeable and projected a honest I’m here to help vibe. Best of all he was not high pressure. One of the more pleasurable experiences I’ve ever had buying a car. I would highly recommend Andy. When it came time to close the deal, I had the great good fortune to work with Colton the sales manager. Usually, working with the sales manager or finance manager is challenging to say the least. Colton was a breath of fresh air! Very easy and straightforward to work with. Everything was in writing, he was easy to deal with and didn’t do the normal pushy let’s add all the crap you really don’t need at the end spiel. Such a great experience and he was able to give me a very competitive offer as well. So the bottom line is I was absolutely stunned how great these guys are to work with. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I would highly recommend Andy and Colton. What a great way to start my first experience with Subaru!! One last observation. I'm new to used cars as i've always bought new cars with Warranties, but I purchased a new (to me) 2016 Porsche Cayenne diesel after over a year of searching for the right one that still has an extended warranty on it. A week or so into my ownership, a check engine light came on and a few other issues popped up giving me an opportunity to use the Warranty and visit Porsche Bellevue. I set an appointment over the phone and they were able to fit me in within a week WITH a loaner vehicle, far faster than the other Porsche dealer in the area could do. When I dropped the car off, I told Alex my issues and he kindly noted them down and a week later, my car was finished and fixed. A few things were noted and they weren't able to replicate, but no problem. The communication was fantastic, the loaner vehicle was beautiful and the whole process was easy and painless. As long as this car is in warranty, I will come to Porsche Bellevue for anything I need done.
