I posted previously about my experience with Frisco CDJR. Since then, Paul Failor and Vinny Attaguille addressed all of my concerns and earned my business. Mistakes happen and we were able to work through the issues. I would like to amend my previous comments and share that the leadership of Frisco Dodge Jeep does take an active interest in their relationships and given the time & opportunity to discuss them, they will do right.
We bought a 2019 Explore this week. This is our second vehicle to by from Tomes Ford.
Pam Pletz was our sales person for the Explorer. She was professional & friendly. Everyone involved made our buying experience a smooth experience.
Overall very satisfied. Do you're research and know how much you want to pay. The process was smooth, and not a lot of back and forth. Pam Pletz was great and I would highly recommend going thru her if they have something you are interested in.
Purchased a Golf R this past weekend. They had a car show going on so it was pretty chaotic. Yet Salesman Chris R. and Sales Manager James C. took the time to get me the deal I wanted. No high pressure sales pitch either. Even got me a great loan rate. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. Great Job Guys! Thanks.
I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax.
I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model.
I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).
Very pleased with purchase and the professional enviroment and treatment of the sales staff. I was especially pleased with my salesman Ali Hussain and the complete sales experience. I would recommend Mr. Ali Hussain to all of my friends that would be looking for a vehicle.
No pressure sales, beautiful facility and their prices are better than many big dealerships. It was worth the 30 mile drive for me and while I didn't buy a car that day, when I find the car that I like and if they have it, I'll be back.
First, the staff are great. I felt like friends were helping me buy a car, not like salesmen pressuring me. The car was fantastic, the price a real deal. They took care of everything and took really good care of me. I couldn't ask for more, and couldn't be happier with my Suburban.
Brian was great, very calm and easy to communicate with. Had a complicated process with financing because I did it with my credit union but they worked with me and were patient.
