The Manager that assisted me in my difficult credit challenge was Jason. He knew the answer, rate, and approximate payment before getting on the phone with the bank, He was very accurate. Advised me the sale was going to be approved and I would be leaving that day in a new vehicle. To my supprise, he wasn't joking. I left just an hour or two with the keys to my brand new car! I am a senior who has experienced many service departments in many dealerships. Service advisor Don Tucker at Frits Ford is among the best. I am not afraid of being ripped off by paying for unnecessary repairs. Sometimes my wait is a little too long, but it is unquestionably justified when it is explained. I am extremely satisfied with the care my 2011 E-450 cutaway receives at Frits Ford.
We called to report a problem with our Flex (throttle body) and was told to bring it in which we did and got it back the same day all fixed. I feel the throttle body issue is something that needs to be looked at closely because it can be a very dangerous hazard when going down the freeways. I am a senior citizen and when this item went out on me, I had to go from 75 Mph down to nothing and from the fast lane to the slow lane in heavy traffic without any warning whatsoever.
