Honda of Cleveland Heights review
One day looking for cars on internet I saw one I liked so I called Honda at Cleveland Heights. Frank Shorf answered the phone shortly. He said the vehicle I was interested on was sold, but he would help me find one like that. Next day I was already on the way to get a new car! Himself and the rest of the personal were very nice and informative. I got a better car than the one I liked at first for a great price!

Liberty Parma HeightsReviews
Liberty Parma Heights review
Buying a new vehicle can be a total nightmare — except when you go to Liberty Ford in Parma Heights. Every person I’ve come in contact with, from service department to front desk has been nothing short of polite, and accommodating. My personal favorite, my salesman, Paul LaRocco. Paul has taken care of me every time I have walked through the door with nothing short of genuine kindness and compassion. He makes me feel like I’m part of the family, and that’s hard to find. Today he put me in my dream car, a 2024 Bronco Sport, I know it’s cliche, but I could literally burst from the amount of pure joy I am currently feeling. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! I love Liberty Ford Parma Heights!! #Liberty4Life

2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Shout outs r due when u meet someone that goes up and beyond ur expectations, that does not just they job but moves to make a customer happy in every form possible. I believe in reviews that share the good and bad and let others find help! With this being said I want to say Brooke Norman thank you!!!! I watch her run (literally) to make sure my request was getting done as I was throwing them at her. I texted call and push and not once did she not respond with out a smile and a vibrant attitude each time. I want to say thank you very much I appreciate all ur work to please me and that's what means the most in sells knowing Ull never see them and knowing the car was sold u still did ur thing. My bad part is yes it took a while inside for me but again I was asking for a lot and besides the car smoke smell that I'm treating today. I can't say there wasn't no negative side. Shout out to Emily and the guys up in the box that worked over 2 hours to make sure that I was leaving happy and got what I asked for. Nothing is perfect but good customer service and feeling heard and understood will go a long way. THANK YOU BROOKE!!!!!! 😊

2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Salesman was very helpful starting with emails and follow-up questions before my lease expired. When my wife and I arrived most of our questions were already answered and our new lease met our needs in term of model (Explore) and financing. Spent less time than previous lease. Very good experience.

AutoNation Ford Westlake review
We had a very good experience with Denise and Anthony when buying my new Bronco Sport. Denise was very thorough to make sure that the Bronco Sport was the right choice for us. Anthony worked diligently to ensure the very best financing price for us. Thanks for their patience with all of our extra little questions. We even walked over to service to talk about how they will work with us

This is my second time leasing with the same salesperson at this dealership. He has done a wonderful job for me. But, i have also purchased other vehicles from this dealership in the past also.
2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

Best car I’ve ever owned. Does everything I want//need it to do. Always starts in the morning. I’ve been camping with it and slept inside the car. Plenty of room

Mike Murphy FordReviews
Mike Murphy Ford review
When I purchased my car, the service was excellent. Nathan was a great salesperson to work with. Recently I locked my keys in the car, the manager, whose name I believe is Mitch, was so very helpful and made sure that I was able to unlock my vehicle. I definitely recommend Mike Murphy to friends. I've been extremely satisfied with my Taurus and the service team.
