My Ford F-150 was not turning over during the starter process. I had it towed over to the dealership. Brian James was my service advisor and he made me feel at ease that he was going to get to the bottom of why my truck was not starting. I already knew it was not a battery issue and was not the starter. After a few days the problem was diagnosed but the price was a shocker. Brian worked with me on the price of the repairs. I appreciate that. I could go on with more but at the end of the day ..... other than the truck taking longer than expected to repair. The service was great and would go to Brian again with any issues with my truck.

The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

If you are considering, in the process of purchasing, or have purchase any vehicle, please visit Don Jackson dealership. You will not be disappointed. They are a wholesale dealership who has a "Hugh inventory" with a "variety of vehicles" to meet any customers need with full satisfaction. As a recent customer who visited this dealership today, I can honestly say that I walked into this dealership with a bleeding and broken heart by another Jeep dealership's unethical business practices located in Chamblee, GA. I walked away with a restore hope that there are still truly good people left in this world. Mr. Danny Jackson corrected the unethical financial dealings of this Jeep's dealership without any question. It was not his responsibility. I drove from McDonough, GA to Cummings, GA. It was worth the drive. I am so pleased as a customer. I plan to make the approximate 1 hour to 1 hour and half future trips just have my jeep service by this dealership and purchase any Jeep accessories from them. Don Jackson Crysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram is deserving of this a 5-star rating. If you go anywhere before or without visiting this dealership, you are cheating yourselves out of a 5-star experience.

I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

I brought my 1998 Ford E-250 SuperVan in to have 3 out of 4 cargo doors repaired. Tim (service writer) was knowledgeable and concerned to get my problem fixed. He did say, however, that it might be a few days before SERVICE could and that the parts may be hard to get. I told him to do the best he could. I was totally surprised 2 days later that Tim called me and told me that the repairs had been completed. Apparently the service tech that it was assigned to was very creative and found all of the parts that were needed. Great job Krause Family Ford !!!!!
2025 Ford Explorer review
Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. Tell Sam I sent you, he will take great care of you!
