Dan is the best person in the service department. He is professional, courteous , knowledgeable and friendly.. He does what ever it takes to take care of his customer and it is very much appreciated. When I go in I deal with him only, it???s worth it to wait for him. He is the main reason I go there for service.
The sales people are very helpful and outgoing. They listen to what you were looking for. Which as we all know is the most important thing when looking for a new vehicle. They try to get you exactly what you want.
Buying another car from Robin Ford. Salesman (Rich) was great and very patience. Jim (Finance Mgr) worked with you to meet your financial goal. The whole team is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Wouldn't go any other place.

They understood what vehicle I was looking for and made the effort to find one they could give me a good deal on. My sales rep Vince followed up quickly with the questions and info I needed BEFORE I even had to come into the dealership so I wasn't wasting my time. It did take took two hours from when price was agreed upon until I was out of the dealer with car. Thats too long for paper work.
I've bought cars from several brands and dealerships, and this was certainly the best all-around experience. James and the rest of the team members were kind, helpful, efficient, and not overly salesy, which I very much appreciated. They model excellent customer service and made the process a really pleasant one. I'd be happy to do a deal there again, and I'd gladly recommend them to anyone.
We were searching for a gently used XT5, and Delaware Cadillac had one that looked great. Mike Cassidy was our salesperson, and he was terrific. Price, color, and options were just what we wanted. Cutting the deal was easy. When we arrived a few days later to pick up the car, the detailing of the vehicle was as good as I have seen, and I have owned a pile of cars. Put is next to one brand new and don't look at the odometer, and there is now way you could tell it was not brand spanking new. We love the car, and appreciate the professional treatment we had at Delaware Cadillac.
Overall, I have always had a successful experience with Keyser Miller. I have used Them for both of the Escapes that I use...one 1 own & 1 I lease from Them. My Salesman (Rick) and the Service Desk, for example Mark have always been nice to work with.
Major repairs to brakes, spindles, cracked boots, steering unit plus replacement of filters, oil change and wheel alignment done satisfactorily on 13 year old vehicle. Had to recently return twice to fix thumping in rear brakes. Replacement rear rotor surfaces were grooved and found to be the problem. Finally remedied. The repair facility isn't the least expensive but their service and repairs are reliable. Use them for both my Explorers.

I was looking for a specialized vehicle that could tow horse trailers and yet provide comfort and style. I went to the dealership closest to the house and was hooked on the Armada from the moment Jimmy showed us one on the lot. We then requested a very specific color/interior scheme and they found the car that day and we were driving by the end of the day with a great deal. Jimmy, Ishon and the entire team made it easy and the experience was very positive. My wife LOVES the SUV, the technology onboard is phenomenal and the seats are the most comfortable seats I have ever sat in.
I???ve been a customer of Miller Ford for around 10 years and have always been very happy with them for both Sales and Service! Today, I traded my Edge in for a new one and worked with Randy. He was very personable and attentive to helping me find exactly what I wanted and he was a pleasure to work with! Mike helped finish the financing process answering all of my questions. Mr.John McDonald is always the highlight of my visit! I look forward to seeing him and enjoy talking with him. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you at Miller Ford! Randy and the Miller team (John...) provided excellent service in helping me surprise my daughter with her first car. I purchased a Fiesta which doesn???t bring with it a huge commission or profit for the dealership. But Randy took his time with me, helped me find the perfect first car and was flexible with my trade in price. I greatly appreciated the professionalism and helpful nature Randy exhibited. It was in stark contrast to a competitor that I made the misfortune of visiting prior to my stop at Miller. The salesperson had no interest in selling me a Fiesta and literally ran away from me in the lot. Miller was the exact opposite. I will certainly go back and visit Randy and team when I purchase a new car for myself in a couple of years. Thanks Randy and Miller Ford, my daughter is thrilled!
Miller Ford and Randy Taft put us in a new F-150---twice. Randy worked with to get us a beautiful new truck. We took it back for a bed liner and unfortunately it was wrecked by a contractor, who was working on the lot. Miller replaced our truck without any hesitation, even finding a new one with a few more options and at the same price. Thanks Randy and Miller Ford! Gail and Dave
