If your looking for a diesel in Hampton Roads this is the place. Most dealerships have one maybe two. They have a WHOLE lot full of trucks and there is no way u come out of there without finding one that fits what ur looking for. Both in price and style/model. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Jason and he gave me the run down on all the trucks there in my price range. Looked at a few, took a test drive, and was out the door within an hour as happy as can be. BONUS: my wife discovered there was an issue with the sunroof. Jason made sure it would be fixed (in writing) prior to purchasing. I also got feel that if you go there for a vehicle and find anything wrong they would do the same thing. Called 2 days before going to the dealership was told the vehicle was still in inventory. So I drive up unannounced and asked to speak with Zack told him who I was and about the vehicle I had saw on craigslist he showed me the vehicle and told me to test drive it as long as I wanted. After a lengthy test drive Zach asked what I thought I told him I wanted to test drive another truck so he gave me those keys upon return he asked once again what I thought told him I wanted to think about it so I made a couple calls and made my decision there was never any pressure to sell or try to push 1 vehicle more than the other. Best used car lot experience I've ever had. Very helpful with sales and financing I will definitely buy there again if I'm looking for a used vehicle
