Long wait I had near by errands but had to wait 65 minutes before they got my car in for an oil change. It would have helped me to be on a customer waiting list ran errands then got back to do my oil change. Consider a customer wait list please..
After talking with Tom over the phone giving me a deal on Nissan Pathfinder I made the drive down and I’m so glad I did. When I arrived I met with Tom who than handed me off to his colleague Jonathan. These two are the best gentleman I have ever worked with when buying a car as they made the entire process go so smoothly. Came in to see a car that I saw online. It was a 2008 RDX. Car was very clean. Car drove well. All clean inside. Got a bit off the listed price and picked up the car the next day. Car was detailed and had oul changed too. Drove home. Battery though was weak and died at home. Brought car back and they put new bateery in on a Saturday first thing. Took less than 30 min. Great customer service...
I was a little put off by the fact that they were going to send me off without a copy of my multipoint inspection. When I brought it to the attention of the two service providers, they confirmed the only thing that came up was the three services (spark plugs, fuel injector, coolant flush) that they had told me about. Regardless, I wanted a copy of it for my records should anything happen or come up. Instead of asking the tech for it, the female service advisor just grabbed a blank one and marked everything 'green.' How do I know at that point that the inspection was even done? Quite frankly, this is the second dealership I've visited, and after countless issues with Kia overall, I am thankful my car is paid off and I will never get another one again.

Even though i did not purchase a car here! But we had a great experience. Sales personal were professional and not pushy at all. You can test drive with confidence. The selection of cars are top of the line. We test drove a 2012 audi 2.0T premium plus AWD and it had low miles , luxury and speed. I recommend the dealer to everyone that love a touch of class.
