We bought a beautiful new Ford Edge today. We worked with Dennis to drive and select our vehicle and Marty to complete the paperwork. Both were very accommodating, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were given ample opportunities to ask questions and never felt pressured.
Was looking for a specific car for my son and found what I needed at Hiller. Our salesperson Terry was very helpful and straightforward. A couple issues developed right after the sale and Terry had a loaner waiting and had the repairs done quickly. It had been a while since buying a car from a dealer and am very pleased with the experience at Hiller, especially Terry.
Its no wonder Hiller Ford has been in business for as long as they have.
Peggy is the first smiling face that the customer sees ( for the loaner), she's always positive and polite.
Service Manager Don Berka is a problem solver and follows through for the customer.
On Dons' Team, there is Rachel Falkowski she's professional attitude with her listening to the customer is refreshing, her also follows through, with a smile.
Carolynn is part of the team that is always polite and smiling.
I'm very happy with these first line folks that really care about the customer, they are always professional and polite and Hiller Ford is lucky to have them..
I located a specific 2017 Expedition EL at Porcaro Ford and Shawn Moore quickly responded to my online inquiry. It is an 8-hour drive between me and Racine, but Shawn did two separate FaceTime sessions with my wife and me and was always responsive to my follow-up questions. Nicole in Finance was also very helpful in helping arrange my financing. Quality vehicle...fair price...good customer service.

I had my front brake pads and rotors replaced on my 2003 Ford Focus wagon on 11/21/17 after 14 years and my brakes work like new once again. At a fair price.
I have been coming to Porcaro Ford for servicing since I bought the car new. I have always been very satisfied.
They were truly outstanding. Very accommodating and efficient. Knew the vehicle I wanted very well and were able to answer all of my questions about it. The whole process was truly perfect. Kathy was my sales person, and even the owner, Mark, stopped over to talk. Extremely warm and genuinely friendly.
Purchased the car on Friday from Porcaro Motors in Racine, WI Just returned from a road trip to the Twin Cities. The car was a dream. My buying experience was awesome. Chuck Rizzo, my Sales Person was extremely professional, and more importantly very personable. I enjoyed the whole experience a lot.
