I spent a ton of time on the Cars.com app looking for the right vehicle before I called this place. When I did I worried that the price would go up. But the price actually went down a bit. They were totally transparent. Sharon Mercado was lovely in showing me around the car and the paperwork. It felt like a win win.
extremely nice people. However, their fault or Ford Motors fault - one of the photos had an ill fitting trunk lid. Advertised as an American [U.S.] built automobile. Same old, same old, UAW shoddy workmanship. No full size Ford for me.

Jake was awesome. I was surprised that I needed door locks to be replaced because of a recall and that it would take until the next day to be completed. He got me a rental car and kept me up to date with phone calls. All was good.
We brought our Fusion in to get a recall taken care of. When I called to set up an appointment to get it done the phone receptionist was very helpful and got us a time that worked in our schedule. The work was done quickly and we had our car back by the afternoon.
Great Experience with Joey in the purchase of my Expedition Limited. Joey handled the sale of my new Expedition & trade-in of my 2010 F-150 with ease & no pressure to purchase. I would definitely recommend Ford Fairfield & Joey to my friends. I have also had Excellent experience with the Service & Parts Department in the past & recently with Tim, in service, with the installation of a Skyline tracking device, Tim and the Service Department were Excellent, the installation was done within an hour. I will definitely be returning to Ford Fairfield in the Future.

I went to get a car with my wife and father. We were looking at a few cars and spoke to Dom online. He made our appointment and our cars were pulled out for us to test drive when we got there. We then worked with Ndidi with the rest of our decision making process. It does take some time to buy a car and we ordered pizza and drinks to enjoy with the staff. We all had a good time and the staff listened to us and made sure all of our needs were met.
Dom went above and beyond to help me find the best car for my needs! He is patient, funny, smart and very low key. No high sales pitch pressure here! He made the entire process so smooth and I highly recommend getting a car from him!
