I'm very happy with this PHEV. It's too soon for me to move to an electric. I would lease it again. I'll probably lease another PHEV when my lease is up next year.
I asked 3 dealers for Internet pricing on a 2014 Ford Escape. Bob Thomas Ford had the best price, responded quickly and had an excellent follow up process. The overall buying experience was hassle-free.

Timeless good looks, exotic engine with an intoxicating sound, fantastic tactile feel with the bad ass Cobra and Shelby branding! What could possibly be wrong with that, right? It has all of those elements that makes for such a special sports car...Until you put some miles on it and the honeymoon wears off. Thats when the reality of this car sinks in. I'll start with the final nail in the coffin... As awesome as the Voodoo engine is, it has some fatal flaws. They are notorious for drinking oil at various rates. My consumption logs at its worse was about a quart every 350 miles. With a lot of cars not uncommonly being even worse than that. The build quality is also not what it should be for a car of this price and specialty. Interior material quality isn't great but that didn't bother me as bad as all of the annoying panel buzzes and vibrations that I kept chasing like a game of wack a mole. The performance is also a mixed bag. It handles great (for a mustang) but does have a bad case of tramlining. You have to mostly keep two firm hands on the wheel, high speed straight line pulls on most public roads are far from rock solid and straight. The engine does make incredible top end horsepower per liter, but falls short of being impressive in todays world of monstrous engines especially with the curb weight of modern american sports cars. Maybe I'm being too harsh. Had it not of been for the major engine problem one could conceivably hot rod this car and remedy a lot of the issues, but the point I'm trying to make is that for this kind of money Ford should have Ironed out a lot of this before bringing it to market. I loved so much about this car but ultimately it was a disappointment. I really hope that Ford revisits the GT350 in the future with a better chassis and an even more powerful and more importantly more robust flat plane V8.
I have been a customer of Bob Thomas ford for several years and have always been treated exceptionally! From the sales department, to parts and service and the body shop everyone at the dealership is nothing but helpful and pleasant to work with. As an example when I purchased my last new vehicle, an F150 my husband was working and didn't have time to take delivery and pick up the truck. The staff at Bob Thomas ford offered to deliver it to my home! That's customer service! I'd recommend them to anyone in the market for a new ford or any used car. Very fair and very honest.

I was unsure what car would best suit my needs so our sales person spent most of the day letting me drive whatever car I wanted. When I settled on an Edge, Bob Thomas Ford found me a fantastic financing rate. If I have questions about my cars, the staff answers them. When my cars need service, I receive a full report of what is needed, when it is needed, and the cost. There is just no reason for me to give my business to any other dealer.

This truck has so much leg room. The panoramic sunroof is so amazing. Very pleased with this vehicle and would highly recommend it to anyone.
I go to Bob Thomas Ford for all my service needs. Their expert work and advice has allowed me to stay with my Explorer for 200,000 miles. Without hesitation I went to Bob Thomas Ford looking to replace my Explorer not knowing exactly which model I really wanted. The staff was so attentive and knowledgable they listened to how I use my cars and helped narrow down my choices. I drove 5 cars that day, both new and used. It came down to either one of the certified used cars they had or to go with a new one. In the end I chose a new Edge. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. I never felt rushed or pressured. When I asked if they could have it ready today, no problem. The car was ready by the time we finished the paperwork. Then they took the time to make sure I understood all the new Syc systems and walked me through the settings. While all this was going on, the service department was working on my 200,000 mile Explorer that I intend to turn over to my son. That too was done by days end even though I procrastinated on whether to fix it or not. I left feeling very satisfied with the whole process and love the Edge.

This 4x4 truck is awesome. It is a 2016. But, still smells brand new. It is very clean and is everything we need with very low mileage.
Last month I was in the market for a new car. I spent a lot of time online researching what I wanted. I was downsizing cars as well, and was pretty sure what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay within. I only went to one dealer, and Lexi (at Bob Thomas) was an excellent choice. She listened to my needs, did not try to upsell me and the overall experiences was low stress and very pleasant! I was overjoyed with all the financial aspects of the deal, along with the financing. No complaints at all and I love my Fiesta! and one more thing...I had put off buying a car because I was afraid of a bad experience (after having many over the years); I would recommend (and will go back) to Bob Thomas anytime.

The Ford Mustang has been around for many years and that speaks volume for the vehicle alone. Its fast, comfortable, good gas mileage all while having fun and being dependable!! I would definitely recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a sport car!
I have owned two 6.0 diesel F250s. This v10 F250 is with out question a more dependable and affordable truck. I out 84,000 miles on the truck in 7 years, towing a 24' enclosed car trailer in average 2,000 miles a year. It now has 202k miles and has only required general maintenance.
Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!
My family has purchased five vehicles from them in the past three years. From sales to service they are the finest.

Great vehicle. Great ride and a great value compared to other SUV’s. This is our 2nd Flex and we love them! We looked at other SUV’s but kept coming back to the Flex. I honestly don’t know why anyone would buy anything thing else!!
Buying cars from a dealership has always been a painful experience. I always hated the delays, the salesman that would sell you anything and the general feeling these firms could care less about you as a customer. As a result, I have never felt any loyalty towards a particular dealership and just looked around until I found something wherever I happened to be. That changed last November when a friend recommended Lucas Ford. Living near Riverhead, I passed a half dozen different dealerships on my way to Southold (two of which I had purchased from before). I was amazed at the level of service and quite frankly the feeling of trust which I developed during my first visit and I purchased a vehicle on that visit. Unfortunately my other car developed a severe problem which left me with thousands of dollars of repairs on a car which still owed two years of payments. I went to Lucas and they really helped me out of a bad situation with a great vehicle, warranty and affordable payments. I worked with the same sales person but was surprised when Howard Lucas the owner became personally involved. When I came back a couple of days later to pick up my purchase, the tires on the used vehicle had all been replaced free of charge. This was the first time I have ever been a repeat customer at a dealership and I have no planes to ever go anywhere else. This was really a great experience.

Navigation and options are great. Fordpass app is great for scheduling engine starts and diagnostics. 4 cylinder turbo with auto stop is good for emissions and gas savings
I made the trip to Lucas Ford from CT (via ferry) to look at a truck that I found online. Mike, my salseperson and the entire staff at Lucas Ford was very professional and accommodating. I ended up buying the truck. I will recommend Lucas Ford to others.

The main engine computer had issues at 22,000 miles but was covered by Ford, the front rotors needed resurfacing early and I put a battery in it right after the battery warranty expired. I don't think they use great brake pads or batteries from the factory, but other than that the truck has 91,000 miles and 5 years on it and literally runs and drives like new. I haven't even burned out a bulb or had any interior plastic parts break, and we haul kids. This has been the most trouble free and reliable vehicle I have ever owned, including Toyota, Honda and Acura. I didn't like the plasticky dash when I bought it, but 14k cheaper than a similarly equipped Suburban, I learned to live with it.
Karen was my sales rep and was wonderful. I am glad I chose the used vehicle that was an extra hour further away than a near identical one closer to home, 2.5 hours each way total, to deal with Lucas. Nice to see a family run business still doing business the way it should be done. Worth my drive to LI Wine Country!

Save money on gas! Buying this car has proven to be a great benefit if you are looking for MPG. The car is a perfect size for getting around town and has a smooth ride.

I liked this 2010 Escape so much that I purchased a 2018 Ford Escape on 5 December 2018. Unfortunately, the 2010 was totalled September 2017 which is why I bought another. However, I do not like the 2018 vehicle design. This 2018 reminds me of a fish without its fin. There is less rearview vision with the 2018, than with the 2010. I keep hoping Ford will become original again and get square! Otherwise, Ford Escape looks like a Toyota! And, that is not good.
