Just a note I posted on Reddit concerning dealerships: Almost all of my dealership experiences have been awful. But my latest experience with Spitzer KIA in Cleveland was exactly the opposite. I traveled from Buffalo to look at 2 2024 and 2 2025 Tellurides. I wanted a V6 so 27s were out. All 4 vehicles were extremely clean. I was treated wonderful by a non commission salesman (Andrew). I decided on 1 vehicle, it was a great price to begin with, EX-XLINE, with trailer hitch and wiring, 18k miles, super clean for just about $41k. I was searching on line and a pop-up kept coming up for $500 off a purchase so I grabbed it, and when I presented it, no issues at all, they dropped the price. I flew back a couple days later, they picked me up with no wait. I got a tutorial about all the electronics and got an additional 3000 points in KIA VIP points good at any dealership. They followed up a week later to see if I had any issues. Easily my best dealership experience ever. It's a shame they are to far to travel for anything because I would stay loyal. Alexis the internet liason was really helpful. Spitzer has a bunch of dealerships in Ohio and I believe PA, none in NY.

2019 Ford Transit Connect review
My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Here's our story- i found the car i wanted online. year / engine / model / color / LOW miles. Very good price caught my eye. hmmm. a complimentary carfax report worth $40? Sure-click... looks good. it was a one owner car. 700 miles from home. one way airplane ride. i guess its possible. check / recheck nope no comparable local deal. hmm. Geez thats low miles... serious consideration. i find there is a cheap oneway flight every Tuesday and car is a mere 40 miles from airport. hmmm. i request some specific photos. Silver Star sales staff gets them to me. Photos look good. hmmm. i make an offer, they respond and we strike a very fair deal. we finance ourselves at home. Then, we fly! we arrive! we ride Lyft to Silver Stars facility. yay!. The car is a beauty! I am thrilled and also feel very very schmart! we burst into song! Rating? 5 stars no question. i would do the deal again. i would highly recommend Silver Star Motors in Tallmadge OH. Oganes is a good guy. Happy ending. BR

I would like to compliment the gentleman in the service department that, although I just came in for a 'The Works' oil change, etc., listened to my oddball story about a noise that started when I had to slam on the brakes when someone cut me off. What I needed to know was whether or not the sound was connected to anything important like the charging system, and not just a suspension or body bushing, which I could accept as something normal. This Maverick is just the right combination of 'utility' and ecology, and is wonderful.

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I absolutely can't believe how helpful the entire staff is. We showed up under pressure to buy a car when the engine blew in the one we were driving. The salesmen greeted us in the parking lot and made us feel very welcome but not in a pushy way. They wanted us to walk the lot and feel free to drive any we thought would work with our budget. The finance department is wonderful. Our credit has taken a hit due to the economy but they were very helpful explaining things to us and helping us through what we found to be a horrible experience at other dealerships. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is. Again, NOT in a pushy way; it felt genuine. We doubt we will ever purchase from another establishment since finding Godard Auto Sales! 2016 Ford Transit 250 Cargo Van. Low roof version. Rear camera with guideline images. Clean title - no loans or liens. New seat covers (some tar stains on original cloth seat covers). New windshield. Purchased in November, 2017. Owner has closed his business and is moving north. Small dent in rear door but both rear doors and rear camera work without any issue. Recently serviced at Charlotte County Ford (oil change, inspection and tire repair). Multi-point inspection revealed no issues. Invoice from Charlotte County Ford is available for buyer?s review. Original warranty still active. 3.7 liter V6 engine. Rear wheel drive. Flex fuel. Spacious cargo bay. There is a step below the rear doors for easy access. Automatic transmission. Carfax available. Two 12 volt jacks and cable plug. I?ve seen the same vehicle listed by dealers (with more mileage) for mid-$20,000s.
