Motor Werks Cadillac review
Great experience buying my Lexus RX 350 with Matt and Chris. Very professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to deal with. The time spent was well worth it and it went by quite fast with these two. I visited the dealership late morning and drove home early afternoon after checking out the car I was interested in, getting a great value on my trade in, making the decision after lots of questions answered and getting in my nice new car in spotless, showroom floor condition. I love it! Thanks Matt & Chris, it was a pleasure working with both of you !

Bill Kay Downers Grove Nissan review
I came in on 4/27/19 with my parents to browse around. My parents were looking for a new Rouge and I was looking for a used car. Nick and Khalil were absolutely phenomenal! They are definable not your typical car salesmen. They felt more like friends who were excited to help us with getting our new cars and were genuinely great people. They gave us undevided attention for hours while we asked a ton of questions to make sure we were confident with our purchases. They also gave us a great deal for buying two cars. Kim in finance is such a sweet woman to work with as well. All in all best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I will never purchase a car from anywhere besides here in the future, I suggest you do as well!

I found some cars on their cars.com listing and called them about a few I had in mind. They were quick to send me videos and give me the breakdown of numbers. They definately were worth the trip. When I got there the financing terms were superb, almost identical to my own credit union. I couldn’t be happier

CarMax Glencoe (Edens Expy) review
I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.

Brought my truck in for an oil change waiter. Tom Boyer set up the time, was greeted promptly by George, Tom was out on a test drive. The job was finished in a timely fashion, I received a pleasant surprise when I paid the bill, in the form of a discount from Tom! Tasha Chevy always takes care of my needs. Tom has been a tremendous help over all these years- he is the reason I won’t go anywhere else for service.

I found a car on cars.com on Saturday night. Message them on Sunday and lined up a test drive for 11AM Monday. The vehicle was extremely clean inside and out. We negotiated a price very quickly and it was the fastest car buying experience I've been involved with. It was worth the 2.5 hour drive. John, Dwayne, Tom and the rest of the team was awesome.

This was a smooth and easy Lease arrangement on a new Kia Niro EV. We had test driven one before but found the car color and package we wanted online here. We were able to take care of everything online and on the phone/text except the final papers signing. We were only at the dealer about an hour and drove our car home. Everyone was courteous and sincerely seemed to be getting us all the Kia promotions we should have. I would go to International Kia and ask for Karlos Karas. He will take care of you. Thank you 😊 🙏

The Audi Exchange St. CharlesReviews
The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle, haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

Made an appointment and the service technician was there waiting for me. Accurately wrote out what needed to be done along with the estimated charges. During the service inspection several other items required attention and were covered under warranty. Text messages kept me informed of progress. Very impressed with the quality of the service inspection and follow up. Never before has dealership acted so professionally and competently for me.

I worked with Tarik to get my 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio and it was a really great experience. He was extremely patient through the sales process and took me through all my options and helped me find the best way to get what I wanted. I would certainly recommend using Tarik and the rest of the team at Glenview to purchase another car in the future and recommend them to anyone who's in the market!

CarMax SchaumburgReviews
CarMax Schaumburg review
I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!
