We just purchased a 2025 Kia K4 here. The car had an issue and it failed MD inspection. We called the salesman to tell him what happened and he was absolutely useless! However, the Sales Managers (Daniel and Aziz) that worked on our deal stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. I sent them the report that was provided from the Auto Shop that did the inspection. I brought the car back to have their service team look into the matter. Daniel made sure that we had a loaner while they had our car looked for the issue. Their service team look at it and they said nothing was wrong. The service team even went as far as to question the integrity of the place I took the car to get the inspection. Then Aziz sent the car over to the Kia service team and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I thought that was the end of it. I thought I was stuck with the car with an issue because the salesman had said the car is sold as is. However, the car failed inspection again. I took the car to a Kia Dealership in MD and they found the same issue as the place that did the inspection. I called Aziz back and sent him the findings from the Kia Dealership had provided. He told me he'd call me back in 20 mins. He called me back and told me to they would pay for the repair! These two gentlemen handled the situation with professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me and my family and ensure a positive outcome for! They are the reason for the 4 star rating. The salesman is the reason they didn't didn't get 5 stars! Aziz and Daniel, thank you for your professionalism throughout this entire process!

2022 GMC Acadia review
I got my Acadia AT4 used. I was attracted it for its rugged look and it is fully loaded. I was downsizing from a Traverse and this one fit the bill. I love all the safety features, the way it drives, and the power from the V6 engine. It also includes Android Auto, which I use all the time. I was able to transfer my OnStar plan to this as well and am totally happy with my purchase!

2021 GMC Acadia review
Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

2015 GMC Acadia review
Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

Only problem in which I have done research on- many of Drivers Seat plastic bottom tend to come apart (crack up) This can become a grave hazard for safety reasons. This should be done free of charge.

I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

We never once felt pushed or forced on anything. He was great to work with. What won me over was my wife was backtracking as this was a very large purchase, and not once did he try to push the sale. He gave a few words of wisdom and backed off. As long as he stays employed there, he will probably have customers for life.

If you're in the market for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and give Bloomington Normal Automall a chance. It was, without question, the best car buying experience I have ever had, and honestly, the best I have ever heard of. I traveled in from out of state, and my salesperson, Ali, made the entire process incredibly easy. He was responsive, honest, and helpful from the very beginning. We handled almost everything over the phone before I arrived, and when my train was unexpectedly canceled, he even held the vehicle for me for an extra week without any hassle. That level of customer service is hard to find. Ali and his Sales Manager, Mike, were outstanding to work with. There were no games, no surprise fees, and no pressure to purchase unnecessary add-ons or gimmicks, which is especially rare when you are not financing. Honestly, it almost felt too good to be true because I kept expecting there to be a catch. I have purchased several vehicles over the years, and there is almost always something extra that dealerships try to slip in at the last minute. Instead, everything was exactly as they promised from the beginning. That level of honesty and transparency is incredibly refreshing and one of the biggest reasons this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They also respected my time. They knew I was in a hurry, and I was in and out in about an hour. The dealership was clean, organized, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Even though Bloomington Normal Automall is about three hours from where I live, I will absolutely check their inventory first the next time I am shopping for a vehicle. The drive is well worth it for honest people, outstanding service, and a completely stress free buying experience. I cannot recommend Ali, Mike, and everyone at Bloomington Normal Automall highly enough. If you are shopping for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and experience it for yourself. You will not regret it.

Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!
2017 GMC Acadia review
Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!
