I recently wrote about how they are liars and steal money... I wanted to give an update since they contacted us about my previous review..
They looked at our car again, and did find the nails. They kindly replaced the tires.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Working with Sean was great he was very informative and upfont with everything during the test drive and pulling together the financing. We did not end up purchasing the vehicle but there was never any pressure to purchase.

We bought our 1st VW there when we lived in Wisconsin. Then we moved to Texas and we drove all the day to Minnesota to purchase our Golf Wagen 4Motion. You might ask why? In Texas, we have VW dealerships but not as friendly, professional and with a staff who helps you to have the best deal. We had only four days to bring the car home and the staff they gave us a great car with an awesome deal. We had a good time and a fun trip. We would drive again for our next VW.
Saw vehicle on line, spoke with Tim H. He was great to work with. We came from Illinois to see\purchase vehicle. They had it all ready for us to view, it was horrible weather, they had it inside for us to view. Justin the financial guy was also great to work with. Loved his sense of humor. If they were closer we would definitely be back. Kathy and John

This review is directed on behalf of our salesman, Mr. David Middleton. From our very first visit, Dave made my wife and me feel very comfortable. We knew when we walked in, this was the van for us. Dave was very helpful in explaining all the features of this auto. There was absolutely no pressure on his part to sell us this van. We went and left a few times to think about the buying of this van. There were no phone calls made by Dave asking unnecessary questions about a potential sale. All of our communication was warm and friendly. He explained all the additional options we could have purchased in buying this van. There was no pressure on his part to push us into buying any of these add-ons. He went the extra mile to close this deal in a very warm and comfortable manner. I would recommend Dave to our friends who are looking for their future auto.
Travis, our salesman, is a great guy, and an honest asset to Luther Burnsville. He went above and beyond for us on our used vehicle purchase. His description of the vehicle, which was a realistically priced, was spot on, and actually why we bought the vehicle sight unseen. It was a true pleasure to meet everyone we dealt with. I was happy while there, I was still happy when we left.
I went in to see the car I picked out online. Met with Mallory, she was very professional. She stayed focused on the task at hand, which was to help me purchase a car. She didn't get side-tracked or leave me waiting. She got me in/out and on with my day in about half the time that I planned. She treated me as a serious buyer and was super polite. I hope my next car purchasing experience is with her.
I gave it 5 stars because it deserves five stars I would recommend this dealership to anybody and Douglas made us welcomed at the car dealership and made sure everything was good on the vehicle before we took it very nice guy
Steve was a pleasure to work with. Greeted us the minute we walked into Ryan Auto Mall. Asked the right questions to put us into the vehicle that fits our needs, made us feel very comfortable, you can tell he loves his work and is very good at it. Everyone there was very friendly and said hello. We had bought many cars from Ryan's which is why we came back. Great Dealership!
Friendly staff. Great prices fun experience. Have bought several vehicles from this dealership over the years and have never been disappointed. If they were able to sell every type of GM vehicle I would never shop anywhere else.
I???ve been coming to West Metro for years and have always been very well taken care of by sales and service. I won???t buy from anyone else.
