I live in Riverhead and considering a GMC for my next car purchase. I have visited the dealership twice and looked at a few SUV's I was interested in. I didn't work with a sales rep, I just walked around the parking lot on my own time.
From what I can see here, it makes a lot of sense to buy my car there, considering almost every person here had a great experience.
My question to the forum is, has anyone dealt with a situation in which you traded in your car at GMC Rvrhd. but still owed money on your loan? i.e - negative equity?
if so, how was your experience with Riverhead GMC and the sales rep you dealt with?
If you can reply back, I'd really appreciate it. Details on the process would be helpful too.
Everything was quick, smooth, and proficient. James Boyd is an excellent salesperson. This is the 3rd Hyundai that I bought from 112 and from James. That alone should say something!!! There aren't any surprises!
The salesman was very nice and willing to help me out, even staying late to show me more vehicles. Unfortunately, the vehicles had very basic problems (doors that didn't open, truck that wouldn't even shift into drive) that made me very leery of purchasing a vehicle there. If those obvious things are wrong, what ELSE is wrong that isn't obvious?
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!
Hands down the best dealership we’ve ever dealt with. My husband and I found a car we liked on the website, came down to look at it and bought it that same day. Anthony made our buying experience enjoyable and very easy. He was very knowledgeable and everything he promised was delivered. Would highly recommend!
I really enjoyed the car buying experience with Angelo and the team. No high pressured sales people and an excellent selection of vehicles. I had seen the my car on Cars.com and within two days was driving away in my car. Angelo was professional and very responsive. The process couldn't have been more seamless. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a pre owned car.
