WOW!! What a staff!! I spent most of a 3 day weekend going from car dealership to car dealership looking for a new vehicle, I wanted something bigger in size, something better than my Bronco on fuel and something that wouldn't break the bank. After tons of research I found that the ALL NEW Mitsubishi Outlander checked all my boxes. It's sleek, plush and ultra refined interior and exterior makes me feel RICHHH. I stopped into a couple local (Springfield, MO) dealerships and got the ickkk from the sales staff and managers, you know the feeling, like you're about to be taken advantage of, that one! I swear at one point I witnessed the sales manager rubbing his bands together and counting his commission in his head... At this point it wad too late, I was already in LOVE with the NEW Outlander but couldn't force myself to buy from my local dealership so I decided to call up Northtowne. I dialed the number and asked for sales, to my surprise the ray of sunshine that answered the phone was no other than my saleswoman (Sawnya). I explained my entire weekend, went into detail of what I was looking for in a car and told her where I would like to be. Let's just say Sawyna DID NOT give me the ickkk we shared a TON of belly laughs during our first 15 minutes on the phone. I swear it was no more than 20 minutes later and Sawnya and her sales manager (Colton) called me back with good news that we could make it work!! Colton found a way to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, the right price for the car I purchased and even was the first one to greet me at the dealership door with a handshake and a smile. To say this dealership feels like a family is no joke. Every single person I spoke to was kind, generous and eager to help! Finance knocked it out of the park and gave me everything I wanted in a timely manner. HUGE shoutout to Tim in finance for getting me covered with the bundle protection package. (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached, you don't want to know how many key fobs I've lost.) The 175 mile drive was WELL WORTH it for the amazing hospitality, the expertise level of the staff and the forever friendships I made while here. For my next car I know where to start!! Bought this truck for my new work truck. Smaller than my old Silverado but looks like it will be just fine. Gets really good gas mileage with the I4 motor.

Today, I purchased a Nissan Ariya at Auto Boutique. My salesperson was Lou Walker. Lou was great. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional and courteous. Unlike most used car salesmen, Lou was not pushy. He gave me the information that I needed to evaluate the cars of interest to me and the time to process the information. This was my first purchase at Auto Boutique and Lou made it very pleasant and stress-free. If you need a car, Lou is your guy!

Very good truck, as you would expect from GMC. Have had it for a little while now, and have had no issues or complaints. Gas mileage is great, especially for a truck with over 300 hp. Comfortable, quiet ride. Love the features and styling the Denali offers. Would definitely recommend it.

Ricky Esquivel did a great job of helping me with buying my car . I had looked at it on Monday the 10 th of November and liked it , they were going to do paper work but banks were not open on Veterans Day I went to work and hit a deer on way to work totaling my car on Wednesday and by Wednesday about 3 pm I had my new car !!! Ricky and his boss Chad did an amazing job at helping me .

Very nice vehicle for my wife and I in our mid seventies it replaced our Buick Enclave which very good. It’s ride is on the firm side - performance is very good - fit and finish very good - over all it’s a very good vehicle that we plan on purchasing with a new one in 2023 with another one because we like it’s size very easy to park and with its bed cover we can carry most anything we like. 1/12/26. Just helped my son with a car at Autobhan and had a great experience. Freddy was my salesman and he couldn’t of made the car buying process any easier . Freddy was easy to work with and made it a great experience. Freddy also interacted with my son and my son gained some knowledge as this is his first time. It’s a relaxing atmosphere inside autobahn and I will go back and highly recommend them if you need a vehicle and definitely seek out Freddy!

This midsized pickup is perfect for someone who wants to use it for commuting and side projects. I'm very disappointed that it does not have built in Navigation. That seems like small money to include that.

I had an amazing experience at AutoNation Honda of Hollywood! I went in looking to lease the same model I had a CRV LX and Daniel, my sales rep, made the entire process smooth and easy from the start. We communicated by email beforehand, so when I arrived at the dealership, almost everything was ready to go. At the last minute, I decided to change the color, and Daniel was extremely patient and helpful. He also explained the available incentives, which led me to upgrade to a CR-V Hybrid, a better vehicle while still staying within the lease payment!!!! They took my trade in and gave me credit toward the new lease, which was great! Cesar from the finance department was also great, clearly explaining everything and helping with my plate transfer. Excellent service and very fast, compared to my other experiences at other places. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Called to verify availability, Chris assured me it was and set time for a test drive. While driving 2+ hrs to get there, Leo, our salesperson texted to verify the address. Leo had the truck ready, test drive, short discussion and a brief wait for finance. While waiting provided vouchers for vending machines to snack. Eric from finance made it a completely seamless transaction. 100% recommend Ferman and their entire team!
