Jimmy Britt ChevroletReviews
Jimmy Britt Chevrolet review
Purchasing my 2026 Chevrolet Suburban from Jimmy Britt Chevrolet was by far one of the easiest and most enjoyable vehicle purchases I?ve ever experienced. Buying a vehicle from five hours away can seem intimidating, but Dalton and Sales Manager Fabian made the entire process incredibly simple. The negotiations were respectful, straightforward, and fair from start to finish. They were always easy to reach, responded quickly to every question, and worked efficiently to put together a deal that met exactly what I was looking for. Nathan in Finance also deserves special recognition. He wrapped up the entire transaction professionally, efficiently, and without any unnecessary pressure or coercion. It was refreshing to work with someone who respected the customer?s decisions while making the financing process seamless. The entire purchasing process was smooth, organized, and completely hassle-free. One of the biggest highlights was their outstanding vehicle delivery service, which eliminated the stress and inconvenience of making a long drive just to complete the transaction. A special thank you to Frank, the delivery driver, who was absolutely exceptional. His attention to detail, professionalism, and outstanding customer service made the final step of the purchase even better. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure the delivery was perfect. If you?re looking for an honest dealership with fair pricing, excellent communication, and a truly hassle-free buying experience, I highly recommend Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. Even if you?re purchasing from out of town, they make the process incredibly easy. I wouldn?t hesitate to buy from them again!

Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.

What a great experience! We were able to speak with a salesperson right away. He took us on a pre-planned test drive with a variety of roads. After agreeing to purchase the car, it was only a short time to get all the paperwork in order. Our experience was seamless, and would definitely recommend. A positive side note is that building is new and just improves the experience.

Purchasing a pre-owned vehicle can often feel overwhelming, but Evan made the whole process completely stress-free. From the minute I walked in, the entire staff greeted me with warmth and great energy. Evan was patient, answered every single question about the vehicle's history, and gave me complete confidence in my choice. Joyce Buick GMCReviews
Joyce Buick GMC review
I had an outstanding experience at Joyce Buick GMC. From the very beginning, the team took the time to truly listen to my needs and wants and worked with me to find a vehicle that fit both what I was looking for and what I could comfortably afford. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or pushed into a truck I didn?t want. They respected what I was looking for, worked with me on my budget, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The GMC Sierra 1500 Denali I chose is absolutely perfect, and I couldn?t be happier with my decision. A special thank you goes to Robert, who went above and beyond to help me get the exact truck I wanted. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to do everything he could to make it happen really stood out. He made me feel like my needs mattered, not like I was just another sale. I also had the pleasure of speaking with General Manager Jim and Sales Manager Igor, and both were an absolute delight to talk to. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine interest in making sure I had a great experience only reinforced how impressed I was with the entire dealership. I will gladly recommend Joyce Buick GMC to everyone I know ? friends, family, and even strangers! If you?re looking for a vehicle and want to work with someone who truly cares about getting you into the right one, go to Joyce Buick GMC and ask for Robert. You won?t be disappointed!

I didn't know buying a truck could be this fun! We stopped into the Forest Lake location on a whim and realized right away that they are not like your typical dealership. Not pushy. We didn't have to wait hours for an approval. They had the truck washed up, gassed and we were off in our new truck! Thank you MTH of Forest Lake!

Nick Abraham Auto Mall review
A couple of years ago, I brought my Buick here for service after a disappointing experience at the dealership where I originally purchased it. The service team at Nick Abraham was incredibly kind and welcoming, which really stood out to me. Today, I returned to buy a new Buick and had another great experience. Reed was especially helpful and kind throughout the entire process. He really listened to what I wanted, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time for my next vehicle!

Starling GMCReviews
2023 GMC Canyon review
I have only 550 miles on it so far. I enjoy it a lot. I have the Denali and I think GM should have added the following equipment to it. 1. Garage Door opener. 2. The ability to switch to a camera view for the inside rear view mirror. 3. On the driver and passenger side doors have soft touch on the upper part of the inside door panel so when you rest your arm on the panel it is more comfortable. 4. Add about 4 inches to the back seat space by making the truck 4 inches longer.

Toyota of NewportReviews
Toyota of Newport review
I made an appointment to take my car in for its scheduled inspection/service. From the time I got there until I left was only half an hour! How great is that? I bought the car at this dealership and have been taking it back for service. I couldn’t be happier with the care that has been given my car. The entire staff is friendly and everything is explained clearly… from the purchase to the warranty. This is the second automobile I have bought from Toyota of Newport and when, or if, I need another, I will buy it there.
