Joe was our salesman and was great to work with. The process was quick and easy to purchase a vehicle. Joe explained what the vehicle looked like before I drove 50 miles to Cincinnati and when I arrived it exceeded my expectations.

I went to the dealership to check it out and was surprised by their large selection of used cars in great shape. The prices were beyond reasonable and Mike took great care of me throughout the entire process. He wasn't pushy by any stretch and answered all questions that I had. This place is absolutely amazing. When you walk in you feel like you are greeted by your family and they want to help you in everyway that they can. Steve was the salesman who helped us and he was amazing! He did not stop until we were satisfied and he never pushed us into making a sale. He was calm and knowledgeable and truthful. Steve made us feel right at home and was patient with us the whole time. After going to some other dealerships and testing different cars, my heart always came back to this place and the Buick encore, I just had to come back. After running my credit, it turned out it was not the score I thought it was and that it could have been a problem for me to buy a new car but they did not quit, we kept everyone in that shop until 7 PM and they helped us find a more than generous payment for the car I love. They were patient through all the paperwork and answered every question I had. If you want a car and a great shopping experience, come here right away! These people will bend over backwards for you no matter what and i promise, You will not regret it!
The service department is excellent! They are friendly and make me feel welcome and like I can trust them. Steve in the service department always gives me everything straight up , no run around, no pressure, no pressure sales, I totally trust Steve!!!! Would highly recommend Woody Sander Ford'!!
Customer service interactions were wonderful and pleasant, however I put Customer Service at 3 stars (really 2.5 stars) because there were several mix ups of when to bring in my car. I talked with an agent on the phone and it was left open that I could drop off my car the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I took it to the dealership to drop it off Tuesday after I got off work. When I arrived there was no paper work on my car to be serviced on Wednesday. So the agent set up another appointment for me (which was discussed to be on November 30th at 8:00). Once I left the dealership I received and email stating that my service was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00. So I assumed I heard it wrong. Then later that evening I received another email that my appointment was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00, so I figured that was correct since I got 2 emails on the same day. So I showed up at the dealership on 11/23 at 8:00 only to be told that there was no paperwork for it to be worked on that day. At this point the service agent said for me to just take the loaner car and leave my car there so I did not have to return again and it would probably be Wednesday the 28th or Thursday the 29th that it would be completed. The work was finally completed and I picked up my car on Saturday Dec. 1.
I did notice however that my back tail lights on the passenger side were cracked which I do not recall from before. I do not know where or when this happened but I did notice it after I picked up my car later that afternoon.
But anyway, the customer service interactions were great but there were just some mix ups with the paperwork.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
Kings DJC is the only place we shop for our vehicles. The Grand Cherokee Laredo and Commander have out-performed any vehicles we have ever owned. Kings DCJ found us the best SUV for the money, end of story. Jordan worked with us on the Grand Cherokee on the phone all day, we showed up and poof, no need to look elsewhere. He did everything he said he would. Mr. Brinkman is a kind man. He put the wheels in motion to sponsor my son's charitable foundation, The My GI Foundation www.mygivets.com and Kings DCJ was given a Combat Wounded parking sign from the foundation. We need a third car and it will be a Kings DCJ vehicle and we already have a nice guy in Mr. Chad Johnson searching for our current need. We go back next year and buy the third Jeep dad has had since 1994. You can buy a car anywhere, but few do the extra work to bring you in at a fair price, with no loan surprises, and I highly suggest buying your investment from Kings DCJ.
I had been putting off car shopping for a long time, as I was very intimidated by the process. I finally bit the bullet and decided to visit Subaru of Kings Auto Mall to look for a new vehicle. This was my first-ever car shopping experience and I genuinely could not have hoped for a better one. I purchased a car here not too long ago and would recommend VIP auto sales to anyone looking for a good quality used car at a fair price. The salesmen are knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had a car to trade in that had a flat tire and the salesmen drove my car to me while I was at work and changed my tire on the trade in and drove it back. I purchased my Toyota from a dealer in Indiana back in 2009 and now call Kerry Toyota home. I had recall work that needed to be done on my vehicle and I was provided transportation to and from my home while repairs were made. The shuttle drivers were super friendly and Mr. Anderson the CSR I spoke with with was very professional . I was also able to schedule my appointment online which made things work out even better. A class act all around. I even received a telephone call from Toyota to check out how my experience was. I will definitely return and recommend Kerry Toyota to others.
We had a TERRIBLE time at other dealerships on the only weekend my wife was able to go with me to purchase a new vehicle. One dealership that was 1hr + away from our home said they had the vehicle we wanted, "on hold" for us. Come to find out, only AFTER we arrived at the dealer, the car had been moved to another dealer the evening before. No call, no letting us know... so we drove that far for nothing. After keeping us there for 5 hours telling us they'e be able to get us a nicer vehicle, down to what we wanted to spend per month, we finally left (they couldn't come close to our preferred monthly payment event though they kept saying they'd be able to). Fast forward; I called Brant at Lebanon Ford and he was awesome. We got there an hour before close on a Friday - and within an hour, he had done as much work for us as the other dealership had done in five hours. Brant worked to get the car we had found and wanted, transported to Lebanon Ford (closer to us), and by Saturday afternoon we were happy "new" car owners! Brant and the rest of the team we dealt with, worked quickly and worked very hard to get us in and out in an amazingly short amount of time, while also making sure we were well taken care of! I can't say enough good things about Brant and his team. They were very busy the weekend we went, yet we didn't wait long and we felt comfortable and assured the whole time that we were being well taken care of. Thanks guys!
