Buying a car can certainly be a hassle, but my husband and I had a great experience @ Prime. Our salesman, Phelan, worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price we were happy with. He responded to our questions via text and email promptly and was extremely personable, even agreeing to a Fortnite danceoff with my 9 year-old. Although we live over an hour away from the dealership, we will certainly look to Prime when purchasing our next vehicle.
I never thought buying a car would be a pleasant experience (until I went to Colonial Ford in Plymouth, MA). The dealership itself is beautiful. They even have a drive-in carport so you don't have to exit your car when you test drive (which was awesome because it was really rainy the day I was there). It was really cool! Each and every employee who was on duty made me feel like the most important customer they've ever helped. My sales representative was Glenn Smith. He was fantastic! He asked me all the right questions and figured out the best car for me in record time! Glenn worked with manager Dell Roderick and got me the best possible price. Greg Russell made the financial part of this experience so easy! And Winston Bennett rounded out the great team with pictures and congratulations when I picked the car up. There was no hassle. I would highly recommend this dealership. Josh Recupero was a low pressure sales person and he truly knew the vehicles he sells. He did an excellent job finding the exact truck I wanted at the best possible price. I also appreciated the extra effort he made to bring my truck up to Metropolitan Truck Center in Stoughton to have the plow installed. It saved me a huge hassle.

I am 80 and the recent quick snow falls made the car I had impractical . I needed a four wheel drive . At my age the idea of shopping at a car lot with salesmen lurking is not high on my list of things to enjoy on any day . Alison made the whole thing very simple . She asked me what I would like . The only thing I really told her was I'd like four wheel drive and a seat I didn't need a pillow to sit in ... I'm short and nothing is built for me...
She found me a AWD Buick with low mileage . The seats fit . I am very satisfied with the vehicle and all services provided. This is not my first purchase by my family from the Robertson family and it is unlikely it will be the last.

In this case I went in for an oil change and drove off with a new car. Needed major repairs on the old car, so decided to inquire about a new one. Because they have built such a great rapport over the years, they know me and what I want. A few questions, a quick test drive, some paperwork, a handshake, and off I went in my new 2017 Lacrosse.

Others that could had outrageous prices. Ken at Vendetti found me what I wanted and more for cheaper than everywhere else. He also took the time to go over every single feature of the truck before I left. I will be going back and highly recommend them.
