I had a great experience purchasing my new GMC Terrain. Brian White was my sales rep and helped guide me through the process. He was very helpful and knowledgable. He got me everything that I was looking for without being pushy or intimidating. I will definitely be referring others to Brian.
I have worked with Jamie in service a good number of times since I bought my last two Buicks. My car is under warranty. The battery konked out and about 4:00 in the afternoon, after three jumps in 24 hrs I got to the dealer expecting a need to drop off for a next day appointment. Jamie moved my car right in and had me back on the road with the new battery by 5:00 pm. This was extra special because it was the coldest day of the year, it is my only car and I have no one for back up. My personal responsibillites make it such that I MUST have a dependable car. On a side note, Jamie always remembers me and the cars I drive. This is amazing since he sees thousands of people go through each year ( he has been there many years). That personal connection means a lot. He has always left me with a sense of security, as if someone is looking out for me.
I would highly recommend this dealership. Excellent buying experience and extremely considerate of my time. They answered all my questions from start to finish and gave me a smoking good deal that nobody could touch. No high pressure sales tactics and running back in forth to a sales manager for pricing.
The professional service gives me confidence that my vehicle is repaired properly and safe to drive. The personal touch always makes me feel valued as a customer. This is not the first vehicle I have purchased here and I doubt it will be the last, and the service department is only one of the reasons for that decision.
The sales rep spoke with me at length about my own needs for my next car and showed me a number of different cars on the lot. He did not make me feel pressured to buy, and made sure I was fully satisfied with the car before I bought it. If I still live in this area next time I need a car I will be returning.

I had a wonderful experience at Dave Sinclair in Pacific, MO with Howie Bell. He was very patient and very helpful on exactly what i was looking for. no pressure at all. I went in looking for a specific vehicle but found out it just wasn't for me and I walked out with an even better car that suits me.
