Easiest buying process ever. I’ve purchased about 30 cars over the years this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had bar none. No car dealer BS - no 4 square crap none of that back and forth trying to extract every nickel it was just really professional.
This was the fourth GMC which we have purchased from Jeff Wyler in the last 10 years, and is the second one in the last five months in which we have had the pleasure to be served by Kevin Meier. Kevin is an utmost professional, and it is truly a joy to work with him. His honesty and no-nonsense style make it a very enjoyable experience to purchase a vehicle. His knowledge of the vehicle (GMC 3500 Denali) was great, and he was aware of what the competition had to offer, and he showed/told us about the advantages of the GMC over the competition (Ford). Kevin had good communication with us before the sale, and has also followed up with us several times in the past two weeks since the purchase to make sure we were satisfied and happy. The rest of the people at the dealership that we dealt with (Jason and Bill) were friendly, helpful, and gave us confidence that we made the correct choice by purchasing our GMC from Jeff Wyler. We have built up the rapport with various people at Jeff Wyler over the years (Scott in Service is excellent!), so we felt very good about our choice of vehicle and dealership, and will do it all again when the time comes for another GMC.
I purchased my Toyota from a dealer in Indiana back in 2009 and now call Kerry Toyota home. I had recall work that needed to be done on my vehicle and I was provided transportation to and from my home while repairs were made. The shuttle drivers were super friendly and Mr. Anderson the CSR I spoke with with was very professional . I was also able to schedule my appointment online which made things work out even better. A class act all around. I even received a telephone call from Toyota to check out how my experience was. I will definitely return and recommend Kerry Toyota to others.
Went in after seeing a vehicle online. It had just been traded in so there were no photos of it yet but that didn't stop John from helping out. I contacted him and he replied very quickly. Long story short, the car was perfect and John was able to make it happen. No pressure at all, he had the car ready for me to test it and after it was purchased he made sure it was given a quick once through, filled the tank and I was off. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I bought my car from Frank Winstel. He is the best! He knows exactly what we want and helped us to pick the perfect car with great price I can find from 3 dealers, one in Columbus, oh, and the other in Lexington, KY, which is our local store. The best thing was that we did all the quotes on phones and emails since it is 1.5 hours driving. After we reached the agreement, he helped us to get everything ready including the car insurance, so we just drove there and pickuped the car. We are very happy for the service!!! Customer service interactions were wonderful and pleasant, however I put Customer Service at 3 stars (really 2.5 stars) because there were several mix ups of when to bring in my car. I talked with an agent on the phone and it was left open that I could drop off my car the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I took it to the dealership to drop it off Tuesday after I got off work. When I arrived there was no paper work on my car to be serviced on Wednesday. So the agent set up another appointment for me (which was discussed to be on November 30th at 8:00). Once I left the dealership I received and email stating that my service was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00. So I assumed I heard it wrong. Then later that evening I received another email that my appointment was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00, so I figured that was correct since I got 2 emails on the same day. So I showed up at the dealership on 11/23 at 8:00 only to be told that there was no paperwork for it to be worked on that day. At this point the service agent said for me to just take the loaner car and leave my car there so I did not have to return again and it would probably be Wednesday the 28th or Thursday the 29th that it would be completed. The work was finally completed and I picked up my car on Saturday Dec. 1.
I did notice however that my back tail lights on the passenger side were cracked which I do not recall from before. I do not know where or when this happened but I did notice it after I picked up my car later that afternoon.
But anyway, the customer service interactions were great but there were just some mix ups with the paperwork.
We recently purchased a BMW X5 from this dealership and were very happy with our vehicle. Their a wholesale dealership so they operate a little differently and it was great! The staff was extremely friendly, didn't push or pressure us and didn't seem fake at all. We really enjoyed our experience! And we love our X5! Definitely check these guys out and ask for Andrew!
The sales team here we're super helpful and attentive. Our sales person Chris was super paitent while we test drove 8 different cars.
Head sales rep John was able to get us the loan with a great APR.
We will definitely be back to Beck's Auto Group when we're in the market for another car.
