I bought a Camry from Jake Newman at Jake Sweeney Mazda West this summer. Not only was he kind and understanding but he also played with my kids while I signed papers. He didn't lie and was straight up about everything. I have since referred two family members to him and he gave them the same awesome service. Only problem I've had is replacing the headlights. They don't seem to last as long as I think they should. Love driving it. Wish it got better gas mileage driving in town but it's great on the highway.
I was highly impressed with the exemplary sales service that I received from Ricky Brown at Tom Gill Chevrolet. He was very knowledgeable about all of the makes and models on the lot, which helped us to weed out a lot of cars that would not fit our needs. His patience, honesty and integrity were truly refreshing!

I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
I recently went into Tom gill and I had my eyes set on a SUV, However It was out of my price range and The salesman duo of Demoore Gray and Jayson Lopez made me a happy and gratuitous customer, they help me find a car that would make me proud and happy to drive and they treated me with respect and understanding. I am very thankful this amazing experience even though I was not the easiest to work with.

I own the 6.2L 1500 Sierra and I love it. Although I only get 12.7mpg, the power makes up for it. I feel as though I could do anything necessary, and if the apocalypse came, it would keep me alive easily! It looks great inside and out, and I don't have to worry about any engine issues.
I cannot thank Jesse Ebiugh for helping ne get into my 2018 Cruz!! it was such a great experience, so welcoming and the whose tine I was completely comfortable with everything! I would recto me d everyone go to him to get in that new car you have been dreaming of 😍

Very comfortable. Many usb, 12v receptacles. Very large storage space. Nice being a bit higher than other vehicles. Rear window tint is great for night driving. But only 14.0 MPG.. Mileage is way worse than expected.
Have to thank the people at Luxury Imports alot. I saw a BMW X5 I was interested in at their lot, I went there the same day and talked with them and I actually ended up leaving with the car that same day. They went above and beyond to give me the absolute best deal they could for the car. I also have to thank them for helping me beyond what they had to. After having the car for a day I realized it had a coolant leak. I went back the next day and they were very nice about it and had the car fixed that same day for me and now I have no problems. I very much will be coming back in the future and I recommend you definitely checking them out!

The GMC Denali is wonderful for a family with comfortable seating for 6. Great for Road Trips. Second Row bucket seats. Entertainment System with a DVD back seat screen. Nice alloy wheels come stock on the Denali along with many extras that are optional on other SUVs.
Tom Gill Chevrolet has fast friendly service. The sales person, Jordan Holt was great and he was very patient with me. He helped me get the car I wanted. It makes the car buying experience not so scary and you don't have to sit there for 8 hours trying to work out the deal and the financing. It was a pretty quick process. Thank you Tom Gill Chevrolet again for helping me get the car I want. This is why I keep coming back when I am looking to buy a new or used car.

This is the second Terrain that I've leased. My first was a 2012. I love the square body style that now has been phased out in the 2018/19 models. For that reason, I am not pursuing a lease of another Terrain.
The only reason I am not buying out my lease is that my vehicle is starting to rust! I have had this vehicle about 36 months and it is white. I can see small particles of rust showing through the back panels and the quarter panels where they meet. I live in the Midwest where it does snow, but it has not been terrible the past few years. It is also garage kept overnight to avoid street parking (for about 5 months out of the year when it is considered winter). That is the only cosmetic flaw that I have found. The reason I got my first Terrain in 2012 was the fact that the rear seat slid back and forth. That was the selling point due to having a bulky, rear-facing car seat. Now I can push the seat forward if I need more cargo space. One side of the back seat does fold down as well as in the middle there is a folding arm rest. This year does not have a CD player but my 2012 had one and it made a whirring noise constantly, even when the car was off, so I was happy they discontinued it. Additionally, there is Bluetooth capability as well as the option to get Sirius for a small fee. I usually don't listen to music in the car so that did not make much of a deal to me. Good gas mileage. Oil changes are more expensive do to the Dexos (sp) oil but not as frequent as other cars that I have owned.
Jordan and Greg at Tom Gill gave me the best experience in my search for a new car! They listened to everything i was looking for and were not pushy in sales. They did everything they could to help me try to stick to my budget. I never felt pressured to buy which makes the whole experience positive. I would highly recommend them and Tom Gill for your next car buying journey.

Wish more attention was given to comfort of cooling and heating rear passenger seating. No rear vents in back at all. This was overlooked during my purchased but became very apparent when I was a back set rider during a hot summer day being transported home from surgery.
We couldn't be happier with our experience at Tom Gill. Ricky Brown listened intently and made sure we found the right vehicle for our needs. He made sure the vehicle had everything we wanted and even set up the tech equipment for us. We are now in the vehicle we love and are thrilled with our purchase!

Found car on website with all the reviews and reports. All the research on the car seemed to be up to date and though. Went to dealership, test drove the car and made a deal. Did have one hitch in the process that was rectified. Tom Gill noticed the tires and brakes needed replaced. Originally was told i would need to pay for the difference in the types of tires that were on the car versus what they were going to replace with. After a bit of time a compromise arranged and I got the type of tires I wanted with no extra cost.
I love the car for the looks and comfort.

This vehicle is very nicely done and is very stylish. The color and design to include the interior complements the vehicle and looks very expressive.
Found a SRX on Cars.com and did a search of the dealership website and sent a request for more information. I received a response quickly about the vehicle I was inquiring about from Greg Schwalbach. I felt comfortable with what he told me that I booked a flight from Texas to go look at the SRX. I told Greg I would take a uber to the dealership from the airport, but he insisted that they could pick me up. Greg was on time to pick us up and was never pushy about the sale. Did run into a small hiccup but Greg and the manager were quick to address the issue and correct it on the spot and do the right thing. That speaks volume of the character of the dealership and the whole team that work at this dealership. I have visited many different dealerships especially Cadillac ones in the past month and this is the best one because of the people. The finance manager was quick and explained all the options. Made the drive back to Texas and the family loved the new car.

This car meets all of our needs. It has apple car play, Bluetooth, memory on seats, heated seats and heated steering wheel - it’s amazing!
This place is absolutely amazing. When you walk in you feel like you are greeted by your family and they want to help you in everyway that they can. Steve was the salesman who helped us and he was amazing! He did not stop until we were satisfied and he never pushed us into making a sale. He was calm and knowledgeable and truthful. Steve made us feel right at home and was patient with us the whole time. After going to some other dealerships and testing different cars, my heart always came back to this place and the Buick encore, I just had to come back. After running my credit, it turned out it was not the score I thought it was and that it could have been a problem for me to buy a new car but they did not quit, we kept everyone in that shop until 7 PM and they helped us find a more than generous payment for the car I love. They were patient through all the paperwork and answered every question I had. If you want a car and a great shopping experience, come here right away! These people will bend over backwards for you no matter what and i promise, You will not regret it!
