The service dept. couldn't have been better. They performed the service of placing assist steps to our 2018 Enclave. The price was very competitive to other dealerships; even better! Unfortunately, the assist steps are still too high for my wife to properly enter the vehicle. (She is 4'10".) Wish something else could be done for her...

The Marquardt Team is great! Working with me from start to finish. Identifying the "right" car for me. It did take a couple of days due to the Thanksgiving Holiday but once I returned and the car was ready - I was / am a very happy customer. Subsequent visits for oil changes, or getting the mud flaps for my car - the team always take's the time to stop and say hi, ask how I'm doing and how's the car? I have been taking my Hondas (wife and I both have one) to Muller Honda of Gurnee since it was Rosen Honda back in the late 1990's. They always provide great service. Even when I would bring in my wifes old 1995 Civic with 250k miles, they always treated me well and I never felt looked down upon because " It's that guy again with the really old car". They were always very professional in evaluating my newer Honda or my wifes really old one and offering practical repairs. Meaning, I didn't experience a bunch of up-selling to fix problems with my 1995 civic that did have a few leaks and such but would not be worth dumping a ton of money into such an old car. My wife has a new 2018 Civic now and I am expecting the same great service I had in the past.
I purchased a vehicle from them today. I can't say enough about how good they are. Prices were good, helped a LOT with financing and got me a better rate that I thought was possible in my situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

First, Jorgen was a good sales rep. Online, the car appear to be exactly what we were looking for with a fantastic price. We showed up in the car had almost 2,000 more miles than what was listed on Cars.com.
We looked over the mileage and had it inspected at the Ford dealership. The car had some issues that indicated that it had been driven pretty rough for the mileage and it was CANANDIAN. Ford does not honor the same warranty for Canadian cars as it does for American cars. The specifications required for each country are different! Prices for Canadian cars are also cheaper and retailers can sell for a higher markup.
Though Anthony seem like a great person to go hang out with at the bar, he wanted to pretend like there was no difference between Canadian and American Ford warranties, would not make any price concessions for the increase in mileage then what was listed online and flatly stated that he was quite excited to be able to drive the car for a few more weeks until it sold.
Bottom line, do some heavy research and make sure that you are prepared to walk away if necessary.
I came in an hour early than my planned appointment but they still were very accommodating, I would recommend this dealership. This is the third vehicle I purchased and have had serviced here.
