Best car purchase experience of my life! It has only been about 2 weeks since my wife and I purchased our BMWs, and I can't say enough positive things or show enough gratitude to Karim, Nicole, and Shameem for getting my wife and I set up with the right cars (2 at once!); Courtney for making the actual purchase & paperwork a breeze while going above & beyond to make sure I got the deal I was hoping for; and of course, Vinny- for being the best of the best, showing myself and my family that he really cared, making this whole experience fun while accommodating our busy schedules, and most importantly - for being such a great person that I truly feel like I have a new friend! This team of people came together to really make this experience worth writing about, and worth spreading the word to all. I will always remember this experience - and I appreciate Hoffman for making my transition from Audi to BMW exactly how I was hoping: comfortable & easy. I will continue to spread the word that Hoffman is a trustworthy group, and will always recommend that people stop at BMW of Waterbury FIRST before going anywhere else for their car needs! Oh right... the car: it is the car of my dreams. I've worked my whole life with BMW on the mind, and here it is. I still can't believe it.

I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

Todd helped us buy our new car. After seeing other cars and dealerships coming to Highline was refreshing. He was so pleasant and very prompt during the testing of vehicles. Cars were pulled up right away back to back with zero down time. I love this. Considering they had a busy day with many customers in the office we still received great care. We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

It was a good experience. The lead sales man was a little on the rough side. But all was good.

25 000 miles on it so far No issues at all Power is fine Bluetooth is terrible Memory seats need work Lumbar is a bad design

We didn't end up buying a vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances but will be returning soon. Very professional and no nonsense.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Bought the car CPO in summer 2021 with 38k miles. Now being summer 2024 with 90k miles and I’ve mostly had good luck with the car and its components. I have the extended warranty through 100k miles but I feel like all American cars are built to fail after the warranty runs out. Overall great car: I have the 2.0L turbo engine with 9 speed auto and AWD. AWD is great when turned on, grips the road well, and to be honest the 2.0L has a TON of power; way more than you need for a compact SUV! I had a quick issue around 65k miles where the service traction control and stability light came on for 15 minutes. Dismissed itself and haven’t had an issue since. At 75k miles, it was during the winter time, the car would display “park break realized” and “service traction control” when the auto start stop would kick back on (there’s no way to shut off the auto start/stop system). No issues and lights but the messages would pop up and dismiss themselves. Little did I know it was my battery dying and my mechanic said “some wires were loose” and he tightened them up. Haven't had an issue since I got a new battery. Last thing that happens is sometimes when you have Apple CarPlay going and you unplug the phone, the infotainment system will freeze and no Bluetooth, usb, or CarPlay will work for the reming duration of the ride unless you stop the car and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Simply shutting it off and turning it back on never worked. Overall I give this car a good rating for 0-100k miles. I am pleased with the car but looking for something bigger soon. I think I did overpay a bit for it ($30k for 38k miles) since I got it summer of 2021 when new cars were nonexistent!

Great vehicle, 65,000 miles and not a single issue, hoping to get atleast another 100k miles out of it. Extremely reliable. A family member of mine bought a Honda that broke down at 16,000 miles and got stranded. Would absolutely recommend a 2018+ terrain

Taking it on road trip Oklahoma to Key West Florida w/ stopover in Tennessee. I am getting 30 mpg running 75 mph. It handled like a dream going through Smokie mt. I was getting 32 mpg there. I like the ride on the interstates & I love the adaptive cruise control.

The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

I have owned 5 of the 2018-19 terrains. I have had the 1.5 gas, 2.0 gas and the 1.6 diesel. The power on the 2.0 is awesome. Mileage on the 1.5 is good. Mileage on the 1.6 diesel is great. I have 336,000 miles on my diesel. It has had lots of issues due to emissions and transmissions. Last week it got a new engine as well. The car is a great car but I would recommend the 1.5 gas for most people. The terrain is comfortable and makes a great work or travel vehicle. Size is easy to park with plenty of leg room.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

This wasn't the vehicle I'd gone to the lot to see... But it was parked 2 vehicles down, and the price was $3000 cheaper!! It even has more bells and whistles than the Toyota I'd initially planned on getting. Awesomeness!!

Really nice to drive! Extremely comfortable almost like a recliner!! Sturdy and solid! GM had issues with certain years for oil consumption is the only issue. I understand GM is making good on it now! As long as it’s checked over otherwise these are extremely nice cars!!

I am so grateful to have a new 2025 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid. I had originally went in February, but did not come away with a deal. To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.

Most painless car buying experience i have ever had. My salesman, Dave, greeted me even before the dealership was officially open. He had a laid back attitude and didn't come off overbearing or high pressure. From beginning to end the process took less then 2 hrs including one of the best detail jobs I have seen. Will recommend to anyone looking for a preowned vehicle.

This is a higher trim model with the bigger 4 cylinder engine (2.0 vs. 1.5) most of the options including Bose sound system. We love our pick and the only reason I gave 4 stars to comfort is the ride. Granted it rides nice, but you only get 5 stars from heavier sedans. Trucks and SUV's just aren't designed for that really smooth ride. Definitely would recommend the 2.0L engine if you tend to pass on a 2 lane road or need to pull out quick in traffic.
