2019 GMC Yukon review
We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. I had to bring my vehicle in for service last Wednesday and I got to the service department at 8:30am and Ryan checked me in and I told him what my problem was and by 9:30am he had my problem diagnosed and informed me that I would have to leave it overnight for next day repair. It was an exceptionally good experience because I was offered a ride back home and again back to the service department to pick up my vehicle on Thursday. The repair was an expensive one, so the option of getting the ride from and to the service department made it a little more acceptable. It's also nice having the coffee machine and hot coffee available and the television to watch while waiting either way. And the waiting room is always nice and bright and clean.

2024 GMC Yukon review
Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

Brought my son's Acadia in because one morning it would not shift into reverse and the CEL came on. It seemed to fix itself as the CEL went off. I brought it in anyway to be sure as it did show two codes. Eric and his team thoroughly checked everything possible for a day and a half and determined it was fine but he wanted everything well documented in case it happened again and it was out of warranty. They never were able to get the CEL on while at the shop after driving it for a bit. Great work by Eric and the tech's who worked on it.

We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!
2019 GMC Yukon review
Purchased new 2019 Yukon Denali 4 wheel drive. Vehicle drives well, is very comfortable, quiet, and loaded with safety features. Retractable running boards make accessing the vehicle very easy and provides larger step area then normal side steps.

2017 GMC Yukon review
I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

2019 GMC Yukon review
I purchased to replace a 2017 Tahoe that I loved. Love this vehicle even more. Magnetic ride control, additional safety features the Tahoe did not have are great. Heated steering wheel a great feature. Heated AND cooled seats, will never be without again. Additional power of the Denali 6.2L vs. the 5.3L engine in the Tahoe is impressive. Bose sound system is outstanding.
