But Christine made the drive worthwhile with a genuinely, friendly attitude. She was very helpful and went above my expectations to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. Christine was able to get the price of the vehicle where I needed it and offered me more than any other dealership for my trade in vehicle. Purchased new to us, used Lincoln MKZ. Owning an older MKZ we were knowledgeable and happy with the vehicle. The newer model with all the electronics was very confusing. Our sales person, Drew. Friends, walked us through the processes of setting up the necessary electronics. Took great care making sure the vehicle was cleaned and ready for delivery. Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Buying a car can be stressful, but we had a positive experience at Sunset Ford and with our salesman Tim Stewart. We had an idea of what we wanted, we did our research ahead of time and made sure we were prepared when we arrived at the dealership. It was very apparent that Tim respected our time and wanted to see us back on the road as quickly as possible. He was straightforward with us and was patient with my questions. We had a 1yr old with us and he went above and beyond to help entertain our little guy during the couple hours we were up there. We had in mind a date that would work for us to replace our 2006 Prius that had 213k miles on it. I kept tabs on all the local area dealers for a red 2018. As the choices narrowed, I got in contact with Cody Pavish by email. He answered my questions and in late November set up an appointment with us to test drive and purchase. Craig Schaak led the negotiation and on November 30th we drove home in our new model. The whole team was pleasant to work with, they gave us full explanation of warranties, accessories, safety features....I will recommend Bommarito when I can and also hope to add a Tacoma to the family sometime in the future. The dealership is clean, bright and friendly, the shops are clean and we actually had fun there.
