2024 GMC Canyon review
Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.

2022 GMC Terrain review
Absolutely LOVE this car is one of my favorites by far. Midsize SUV with all the features of a full size luxury vehicle. Can’t beat the heated seats, power lift gate, and the amazing panoramic sunroof they added on these models. 2025 GMC Canyon review
I purchased my Canyon after getting rid of my 2025 Rebel lemon. So far the truck has performed flawlessly. I'm 6'2 and the vehicle has been comfortable even after a 3000 mile road trip. It looks great, is easy to maneuver, and has plenty of comfort and safety features. The 4 cylinder turbo has adequate power but could use a little more in my opinion. I average just under 20 mpg in mixed driving conditions. The rear seat is a little cramped for adults but other than that I don't have any gripes.

2019 GMC Acadia review
Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. 2024 GMC Sierra 3500 review
This review is for a two week old truck. I have been trying to get a 3500HD AT4, gas engine, 8 foot bed, 5th wheel prep, in blue for over a year (almost 2). My dealer finally received an allocation and I was off for the build!! However, when my build order was sent to me the color had defaulted to black (blue was discontinued for 2024) and the only way to change it was to cancel and start over.....so black it is!! The truck is gorgeous and much larger than I thought! I am pleased with both exterior styling and the 2024 interior refesh. My only complaint is the seats, they are a bit firm.....still comfy....but firm. The GM sunroof is small, so small I passed on the option. Mechanically this truck is a pretty sound design. Another 50hp for the 6.6L gas engine would be nice, but 401hp is pretty decent. A PTO offering in the up level trims would be nice, as would a larger/dual fuel tank option is needed (GM is the only one that doesn't offer one), and a factory level in the front, and while I am dreaming a front locking differential. GM could up thier paint game, when approaching 90k I expect better paint. Value wise it is as good if not better than the rest of the over priced trucks on the market. Rumor is 20K per unit on average goes to the UAW pension, that's why your 50k truck costs 70k. In closing I have zero regrets other than the color, but I needed it immediately so here I am.

2003 GMC Sonoma review
Recently purchased a used 2003 GMC Sonoma with the ZR-2 package. This review is based on when the truck was made and not comparing it to today's trucks since it is 9 years old and things have changed a lot in 9 years. Currently the truck has 108,000 miles and runs like a champ. It gets driven 300 miles a week commuting to work and my car is driven on the weekends unless truck is needed for work around the the house. Like all older GM vehicles, as long as they are maintained and taken care of, they will run forever. My Sonoma is no different. Runs great, still putting out solid power from the 4.3 V6, and gets decent mileage for a truck at 17MPG. A K&N Cold Air Intake is installed and does provide smoother running and slight bump in power. There are the normal cracks, creaks, and rattles that happen over time since the interior is really just cheap plastic. Besides that it rides well with the larger 31" tires and is great off road. Normal repairs such as bushings, tie rods, UV joints have been done. Ride can be bumpy at times but it is a truck and rides as expected. Besides the cheap interior build quality, this is another example of a quality GM truck that when taken care of, will run well and will be reliable for many more miles as I expect to reach at least 150,000 miles with my ZR-2. This is my second S-10 as previous truck was a 1992 with the Tahoe package. These trucks are priced well at the time of this review and are cheap and easy to maintain. The ZR-2 package also adds a nice unique look to the truck.

2023 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I own a 2023 Sierra 1500 Elevation equipped with the 2.7L TurboMax, and it’s been outstanding. It currently has 23,000 flawless miles. I’ll admit, I was skeptical of the 2.7 at first, but I jumped in feet-first and have never looked back. Living in Colorado, I regularly tow a 5,000-pound travel trailer through the Rockies with zero performance issues. The truck pulls confidently, handles grades with ease, and still delivers impressive fuel economy—23–24 mpg on the highway and about 18 mpg in town. I couldn’t be happier with this setup. If there is a negative to mention, that would be that after three years of ownership, the black wheels havent grown on me, and Im beginning to hate em. :) Lastly, the mpg while towing drops to 9mpg which is similar to that of a V8. All said, its been a great truck. :)
