I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Love my new car. The price was great and much cheaper than others for the same vehicle. I have been wanting a Jeep for years and so happy I found one that I love. And it’s a 2022. Yay! The process was easy and quick. Farhan was super friendly, very responsive and very patient. I emailed him every few days for 3 weeks while I was making my decision and he always responds quickly and did not rush or pressure me into buying anything. When I finally visited the process was quick, we were in and out within 30 minutes. Which is something that I asked about ahead of time because this location is 2 hours away from me. Worth the drive. Just got my MD state inspection and the vehicle passed and is in great condition. So happy with my purchase.

The CX-90 is our 3rd Mazda purchase. We've been owners since 1995, starting with the Mazda Protégé, and had our eye on the new 2025 CX-90 SUV since last year. The Safford Brown staff was welcoming and professional, and our sales rep, Joshua Cruz allowed us to take our time to look around, and really listened to our desires and never felt rushed or pressured to buy. (We even left and came back a couple of weeks later!) We weren't exactly sure of what color, and type of package etc., but Josh was patient, and very informative about each series, which aided in our decision-making. Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

This is a luxury suv with plenty of room. I'm still learning the features. It is a smooth ride with a great interior. Great for towing a popup camper.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

I went in with a friend to help her find a car after a terrible experience at another nearby dealership. We called ahead to see if the car was in stock and Maks was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful right off the bat. When we arrived at the dealership Maks was patient and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. It was a great experience for everyone and we were able to work out a great deal. I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.

I am a 78 yr old female and have owned this vehicle since 2014. Great vehicle performance and reliability a comfort drive. The only problem I have is with the 2 front doors scraping the paint off the door sill. This vehicle was driven by owner of the dealership for a few months before I purchased it. On the whole I am still proud to drive this vehicle.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.
