The last thing I wanted to do this year was buy a vehicle but HUGE thanks to Amber Genardi and Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for making the experience THE BEST EVER! Not only did she sacrifice her time off to work with me around my schedule, she went above and beyond to make sure this vehicle would still be on the lot for me, since I was traveling nearly two hours to purchase a vehicle. To make the whole process even sweeter, Amber gave me an awesome gift basket! She did a wonderful job explaining the features of my new to me vehicle. As well as making it very clear that she will continue to be available to answer questions as I spend more time in my new ride. I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

John Vang was amazing, genial and knowledgeable and was prepared to show us a variety of used cars that met our needs. After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Best dealer experience ever. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Even though I purchased a used vehicle, Kate treated me like I was an important customer and made a point to check in to make sure I was enjoying the vehicle. I had a small issue with my sunroof and Kate and Alex worked hard to make it right and make sure I had a good experience.

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

I bought this car used with about 50,000 miles on it from a car rental company. I needed an economical car with great fuel economy, too. I didn’t plan to keep it very long but, it’s now been seven years and it has 140,000 miles on it… We are still going strong! All I have replaced is a couple of belts, which was recommended by the mechanic, but had not broken yet and the front struts, because I got a pothole so big it bent the rim of my wheel. This car is a wallet friendly trooper!

The little thing is GREAT. Its quiet. It has power. It's roomy has plenty of space. The stereo works great. The gas mileage is BETTER THAN AVERAGE. ITS WELL WORTH BUYING. The car is roomy, seats fold completely flat and will fold down one at a time or both them at the same time. Has 6 air bags. You have plenty room in the back to stretch your legs. You can pack this little car with a lot of stuff med small and some large items. You can put 5 foot long items on one side and up to 3 foot wide if shorter than 5 foot. Dependable reliable cost effective maintenance is average basic oil changes and filter filters and the other as right tranny service coolant blush is as it needed it is a excellent vehicle for its price

I've owned a lot of cars and the MINI Cooper SE is my favorite. It's quick, fun, great looking, has lots of cargo room with the rear seats folded, easy to drive, and incredibly reliable. I've had no issues at all. The 0-60 time and range are both underrated. I've gotten 139 miles on a charge, driving economically. Only need to charge at home once or twice a week. It's great. Highly recommend this vehicle.

We just purchased a Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Rudy Luther! We found the Sienna on cars.com and connected with Kris Fox who promised to follow up as soon as the car was available for viewing. True to his word, he called us as soon as it was available, which was a good thing since someone else was interested and arrived just before us to test drive the car. Apparently as soon as the car became available several sales people, including Kris, were driving up to the warehouse to pick it up for viewing. We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. It was easy to work with Luther to arrange financing we were satisfied with and they went the extra mile to make sure the car was clean and prepped when we picked it up. Had this car the moment it was released in 2018 because I really liked the European “N” version. Had no issues except for a couple of sensors and a rubber engine mount going bad. Recently had the spark plugs changed to keep up the performance. No issues even after being modified either. Great car and probably going to be my “Forever car”.

Purchased this with only 5000 miles on it from Audi dealer whose sales person was original owner. Agree with the previous review about what a great car this is. The comparable BMW M series and Mercedes AMG have even more muscle and more growl, but this car has much better everyday comfort and style and still is a tiger in performance RS mode. I get 0 to 60 in 3.6 secs with good tires. I have a 2018 S5 Sportback which I prefer for longer highway drives where its softer ride, better cargo space and economy, but extra power when you need it, are an advantage, but the 2021 (minimally changed for 2022) RS5 is my fun car and what I take for road rallies in the mountains and for HPDEs on the track. 2.9L twin turbo is a marvel with more HP and torque that older V8 RS5 models. Both cars have been very reliable. Great Audi tech, of course, with impeccable interior, awesome B&O audio system and the recently government approved LED-laser matrix headlamps.
