We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

I chose the M package with 20" wheels because it presented a sporty look and a lower stance. Comfortable, quiet and very good gas milage. The rear hatch provides you SUV capacity without detracting from the style of the car. Very pleased with my choice

I loved my BMW 430i, I've got so many compliments from random people. After 6-months of purchasing this vehicle my fuel flap would not open and left me stranded at night 50-miles away from home. I was not excepting this happen and I surely did not want my new car getting towed. This was very disappointing but I love my car.

First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I have no complaints. My salesperson, Tony, was easy to work with. My transaction took about 3 hours or so. I the dealership was very clean and comfortable.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Joe Mayer Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to in Houston, TX. After calling the Tomball Ford I purchased my car at, about a window that would not roll up I tried Joe Myers. They looked at my vehicle with hours of my car being dropped off, compared to many other places telling me they would not be able to do the same for about 4 days. I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

Keep in mind this rating is for a small gas fuel efficient economy car, it's way more than expected and for 2 years has not diminished my opinion at all. Good reliable car. Here in New England I have seen models from 2013 and newer still driven all over and even the prior avio models on the road too. BSic maintenance keeps them together. It is a good car!

Vincent (Vinnie) Adduci was a great help ordering a new 2026 X7 xDrive40i. I wanted the rear steering for parking maneuverability (2VH--Integral Active Steering) without ordering the V-8 (2VH is standard on the X7 M60i). The BMW national website does not let you add the DHP option (dynamic handling package with 2VH) for the 40i when building a virtual X7. Vinnie knew you could order that option and also double-checked for me. The loyalty, discount, and trade-in value offered were excellent and so he ordered the X7 40i with all the options I wanted, including DHP, and it will be built in a few weeks. The car is beautiful inside and out. It has lots of space, the trunk is huge. There is ventilation in the front and back, multiple charging places, and all the great safety features.
