I’m not affluent enough to normally shop at a Mercedes/AMG/Porsche dealership, so I felt uncomfortable just pulling into the lot. But literally everyone there, especially Amin, made me feel welcome and put me at ease. Their pricing is fair and I believe Amin worked to get the best price for my trade-in. If there are any fees or charges, they are very transparent about it early on. Well before signing any paperwork. Kyle in finance was great too. The car drives wonderfully, is pretty, and is very comfortable. So why not 5 stars all the way? Two issues. It had a weird electronic problem. Despite multiple tries, they couldn't fix it. Finally they contacted the factory in Germany and got it fixed. Cost about 3 weeks of car use. But that's not the biggy. The Home Link transmitter is so weak that it cannot open the garage door from outside. Despite many complaints, they can't fix it. So while a minor issue, it should not be an issue on such an expensive car.

TREATED like FAMILY. I am 78 years old and have purchased many vehicles in my years, but I have never been treated better than we were from the owners Mentor and his uncle. I inquired by phone about one of their vehicles and was told the honest truth. My wife and I drove 165 miles one way from northern Wi. to purchase a vehicle and could not have been treated any better. The owners went out of their way to help us. This car has a lot of bells and whistles, some of which I don't need. The radio is a disappointment. It can't pick up a radio station 35 miles away.

Very friendly, helpful, answered my questions, helpful on the test drive in pointing out features of the car. Drove me to the bank to get the cashier's check. I would work with him again should the opportunity arise.

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

Got a new civic from them about a year ago and they were awesome. Great people and a great place. The building was very clean and makes you feel welcomed. Very easy to work with on finding the right car.

This car suits my everyday commute to work and also provides a nice sporty touch to it. The interior is comfortable and spacious for the size of the car

I use to only own Hondas- I had Accords and Civics and they were very good cars. However while in college, I needed a new car and was on a shoestring budget. That landed me my first Ford- a Crown Victoria. Now that was an amazing car- very cheap to maintain, easy to work on, etc. It was so amazing, my next car was another Crown Victoria! It too was just as reliable, but unfortunately at over 200k miles and rusting out considerabily, it was time to upgrade. Unforuntately Ford doesn't make the Crown Victoria anymore, but being loyal to the brand, I started looking around. After researching for approximately a year, I felt comfortable enough to pull the trigger on the 2017 Ford C-Max Titanium Energi, and it was a very good decision! It's incredibly comfortable, the heated seats are amazing, and the visibility is awesome as well. The fuel economy is pretty amazing as well- I've averaged about 46 MPG since I got the car in November of 2024. There are a few things I would change if Ford were to ask me- first, there is no map light. The dome light is adequate but its over my head and behind me whereas a map light would be ideal because sometimes you need light directly above you. Second, on a cold day, when you set the heater on 90, the blower will blow cold air on you immediately before the engine is warmed up. Even my old 2005 Crown Victoria did not do this- the blower would not blow any air until the engine had warmed up. Beyond those two complaints, it's an amazing car and perfect for bopping around town.

The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

Definitely would recommend this place in the future. Made this car buying experience much better for me than my first time buying a car. Definitely appreciate how much I was taken care of and the fact they took what I wanted and helped me find the perfect car for me

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Keep in mind this rating is for a small gas fuel efficient economy car, it's way more than expected and for 2 years has not diminished my opinion at all. Good reliable car. Here in New England I have seen models from 2013 and newer still driven all over and even the prior avio models on the road too. BSic maintenance keeps them together. It is a good car!

WOW.. JUS LOOK AT MY RATINGS.... I OWN A 2017. SAPPHIRE BLUE SE. . EXCELLENT CONDITION. AUTO.. 1.2 3CYL 80HP. THE COLOR REALLY MAKES THE CAR FOR ME.. I GET 38 -48 MPG... CITY IS 28.. THE LITTLE 1.2 DOHC ENGINE IS STRONG BUT MITUSBISHI SHOULD HAVE PUT A STANDARD TURBO ON THIS ENGINE,, THATS WHY MITSUBISHI MADE THE 3A92 MIVEC ENGINE.. HIGHLY DURABLE & STRONG .. NO PROBLEM ON THE HIGHWAY OR THE TAKE OFF FROM A STREET LIGHT. THE TRANSMISSION IS ALSO GOOD.. CVT.. NEVER CRAZY ABOUT CVT ... BUT THIS TRANSMISSION IS OK.. CAR HANDLES IN SNOW.. RAIN,, RUNS WELL.. PERFORMANCE IS THE BEST OF THE SUB COMPACT CARS AND EVEN LARGER 4 D SEDANS,, THE MIRAGE IS ROOMY INSIDE ALSO. IVE HAD 6 FOOT 4 FREINDS IN THE CAR . THEY WERE SHOCKED .. LOL... IVE BEEN OFFERED BY KIA. TO TRADE MINE IN TO THEM.. .. BUT I REALLY LIKE THIS LITTLE CAR.. "" NEBULA"" IS HER NAME. 100K MILE POWERTRAIN WARRANTY.. IVE HIT THE 100K MARK.. JUS HAD A TUNE UP AND NEW TIRES.ITS BEEN PAID OFF SINCE 22..SO IM STUCK RIGHT NOW .. IN WINTER. I JUS WISH THE MIRAGE CAME WITH A STOCK TURBO,, IT WOULD REALLY BE FUN.. IDK IF I WANT A NEWER CAR .. It is now 2024, my Fit is a bought new 2013. Still drives like new. It's a little light, keeps you attentive to the road, the back seats are a little firm, but this car holds everything. All the ways you can configure the interior is amazing. If anyone thinks this car is weak, remember the peak horsepower is 6800 RPM. Run it out and feel the Vtec boost. Heat, A/C, ell that works well. Stereo has good sound, and you can connect iPhone through USB and track and volume is controlled by radio head. Body design still looks modern.

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

Had car 8 yrs only trouble I had was upper o2 snsir went out. Still runs like a kitten.Great sound system, easy steering wheel control. Drive it from Louisiana to North Carolina once a year great gas mileage.

Bought a used 2021 as I was getting bored of driving a Toyota minivan for work after a lot of research. I got the SE with auto. It’s small fun and surprisingly comfortable. I needed a compromise between comfort reliability efficiency and performance and this was it. Not the fastest to 60 but power available with no hesitation. 10 air bags and safety features are welcome as well.
