I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

Sheehy Honda review
I will say, the staff with Sheehy went the extra mile for us buying our daughter a car. It was a lengthy drive that I made them aware of first off so they knew my time was important. They did a great job helping us out and making the deal work for us, even to the point of delivering the car to us, which was a huge load off our shoulders being nearly 4 hrs away. Our daughter loves the car and I will make sure to check with them again for future needs.

Good acceleration and driving. Needs: the wider rear viper square, AWD instead of FWD. Disc CD player is absent. The GPS is not already works properly at 45 mph and more. Needs additional turn lights on side mirrors.

Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner review
The staff at Ourisman Honda of Tyson’s provided a great deal on a quality car that was already competitive in its price. Abel and other staff were very helpful and friendly and didn’t give any pressure as I decided and negotiated. Sales managers Shawn and Nico helped me by bringing the price to an even more attractive deal and seemed pleased I was able to save even more than the original sticker price. Good experience all around.

Heritage Subaru CatonsvilleReviews
Heritage Subaru Catonsville review
I scheduled an oil change, same day by phone and was told it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours. I was courteously greeted by Ashlyn, my service rep (who seemed to know a lot from a discussion she had with one of the service persons) and found a comfortable area in the waiting room. After an hour I was sent a link to a video inspection where they said the engine air filter was still clean enough to not need replacement and when they lifted the car, all was in order underneath. This reminded me to ask for a tire rotation, which they did. The car was ready in 90 minutes from when I got in.

Sheehy Subaru SpringfieldReviews
Sheehy Subaru Springfield review
I had an outstanding experience at this dealership and can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. I started by emailing with Alex 'Mongo' at the beginning of November about a car I was interested in. When that one sold, he quickly recommended another hybrid that fit my budget perfectly. Mongo was responsive and helpful throughout our email exchanges. When my boyfriend and I came in for a test drive, we worked with Mongo (Alex) and Chas, and they were incredible. What impressed me most was how upfront and transparent they were about pricing and fees. They let me see the price sheet and even take pictures of it. When I asked to put the car on hold to think about it, there was zero pressure - they were completely understanding when we left to look at other options. Mongo was extremely responsive over text, answering all my questions without being pushy at all. He was kind, level-headed, and genuinely easy to talk to. When we returned the next day ready to purchase, Chas got everything ready for us and made the paperwork process incredibly smooth. He even recommended a great place for tints! Mohammed in finance was fantastic as well. He worked with us to arrange monthly payments within our budget and was very transparent about all fees and add-ons. He showed us the breakdown of everything step by step. Even though we didn't go with the VIP package, he included an unlimited tire warranty without increasing our monthly payment, which was amazing. The entire process took about an hour and a half - we arrived around 12:30-1:00 and left by 2:30 with our new car! They also handled our registration seamlessly (we're DC residents but the dealership is in Virginia), provided a temporary tag, and made sure we knew exactly what to do for vehicle inspection. Everyone listened to our concerns, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was perfect with the car. This is hands down one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. If you're looking for a car, ask for Mongo (Alex) and Chas - they're the absolute best! Five stars all around!

Zarvo MotorsReviews
Zarvo Motors review
Working with Ali at Zarvo Motors was an absolute game-changer. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Ali provided exceptional service and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He didn't just try to sell me any car on the lot; he listened to my preferences and worked tirelessly to ensure I found the perfect vehicle to fit my lifestyle and budget. The highlight of the entire experience was definitely getting into my Mercedes-Benz S 550. The car is an absolute dream to drive, combining luxury, performance, and cutting-edge technology effortlessly. Ali knew the vehicle inside and out, patiently walking me through all of its features and making sure I was completely comfortable before driving off the lot. What really set Zarvo Motors apart was their streamlined and transparent financing process. Dealerships are often notorious for hidden fees and stressful negotiations, but Ali and the finance team made everything incredibly straightforward. They laid out all the options clearly, answered every single question I had, and secured a fantastic deal that made driving away in my S 550 feel like a massive victory. I cannot recommend Zarvo Motors and Ali highly enough to anyone in the market for a high-quality vehicle. Their professionalism, dedication to customer satisfaction, and pressure-free environment made this the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. If you want a smooth process and a great deal, go see Ali at Zarvo Motors.

I recently made the trip from Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, Virginia to Zarco Motors, and I could not be happier with my decision. From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I was looking for a specific Mercedes-Benz, and the quality of their inventory completely exceeded my expectations. A huge thank you to Ali, who helped me navigate the initial process. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering every question I had with absolute patience and transparency. He took the time to make sure the car was the perfect fit for my needs without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. Working with Zee and Jason made the entire financing and closing process seamless and stress-free. They were highly professional, efficient, and worked diligently to get me the best possible deal. Their dedication to excellent customer service and their respect for military members truly stood out. If you are looking for a high-quality luxury vehicle and a dealership that treats you like family, I highly recommend Zarco Motors. Ali, Zee, and Jason provide a top-notch car-buying experience that is well worth the drive. I am absolutely thrilled with my Mercedes-Benz and will definitely return for my next purchase!

2020 Honda Civic review
Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Zarvo Motors, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked onto the lot, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and entirely free of the usual high-pressure sales tactics. The inventory was beautifully maintained, and it was clear that they take immense pride in the quality of the vehicles they offer to their customers. The highlight of my entire experience was working with Ali, who went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car. Ali was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to every single detail of my request. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, ensuring that I felt completely confident and comfortable with my choice before moving forward. The exceptional service continued seamlessly when Zee stepped in to handle the final details. Zee was absolutely amazing, managing the paperwork with incredible efficiency while keeping the mood light and stress-free. Both Ali and Zee demonstrated a level of integrity and genuine care that is truly rare in the automotive industry, turning what is usually a grueling process into an absolute pleasure. Carplug of Alexandria review
Great guys! Friendly, open, honest. Listened to what I needed. Looked at a couple vehicles but we didn’t have quite the match I was looking for. I really would enjoy working with these folks compared to some of the other used car dealers you come across. They have my contact info so we may find a deal yet.
2020 Honda Civic review
I own a 2020 Honda Civic LX sedan and this car is awesome. This my 4th Honda and have always been impressed by fuel economy and reliability in those cars with tlc. So far .this last one is treating me great. I have the 2liter engine with 6 speed trans and it performs very well. The safety features add to the great look and great performance as I love the drive too. Very affordable as well. Customer service at my dealership is awesome as well!!

Their vehicles and prices are great. However they did not reply to an email checking availability. After a week or so we called and got a prompt, professional answer that the two vehicles we were interested in had sold.

CarMax White MarshReviews
CarMax White Marsh review
White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth. If I ever need a car in the future, Carmax will be my place to shop. Thank you for making my First Car buying experience a pleasure.
