Eduardo was kind enough to drive to the I.E. in rush hour traffic to ensure my spouse was able to sign her paperwork from home due to scheduling conflicts. He was personable and a pleasure to do business with. We now have 2 Honda's seated in our driveway and couldn't be happier with the overall process.

Airport Marina HondaReviews
Airport Marina Honda review
We purchased our 2019 Honda CRV used almost six months ago from Airport Marina Honda. Today, we brought it in for a Multi Point Inspection service. I dreaded making the appointment and took a whole day off from work. To my surprise, the whole experience was smooth and took less than the two hours originally quoted. Thank you Christopher Magana and Martin Puentes for your professionalism and customer support. Kudos to the whole team.
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

Goudy HondaReviews
Goudy Honda review
I visited 6 dealerships in a month prior to arriving to Goudy Honda. All other dealers where unwilling to work a deal. As the last dealer on my list, I arrived at Goudy. Pete and his staff from the beginning made sure I was taken care of. Tim made sure I was well informed with the vehicle and different models in inventory. He made sure I was well informed with the vehicle I was interested prior to my purchase. They worked with me in crunching the numbers and got the greatest deal!! By far over the top service I have ever experienced in my 4 prior vehicle purchases. Don’t get fooled by the largest sellers in the world or the biggest. Come visit Pete, Tim and the crew at Goudy and leave happy and satisfied that you are taken care of, well informed, and get the best deal on your new purchase. I did! Thank you Goudy, Pete, Tim and crew

I had to have my Honda Pilot towed to RSM Honda because the starter had gone out. Doug Jezowski - Service Drive Manager - assisted me, and as usual, I received prompt attention even in the absence of an appointment. The Pilot was serviced as soon as the part was ordered and received and although the cost of the part and repairs seemed exceptionally high, Honda gave me a much needed discount. This pleased me very much!

CarMax RiversideReviews
CarMax Riverside review
Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Honda Civic EXL hatchback is a great car. I had a 2018 EXL coupe and was reluctant to have a four door. The 2024 is a quality made vehicle. I couldn't be any happier.

Auto Merchants Inc.Reviews
Auto Merchants Inc. review
A Truly Exceptional Car Buying Experience with Ray Fuentes at Auto Merchant! From start to finish, my experience at Auto Merchant was nothing short of outstanding — and that’s all thanks to Ray Fuentes. Car buying can often be stressful, but Ray made the entire process smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, Ray greeted me with professionalism and genuine kindness. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never once made me feel pressured. His deep knowledge of the inventory and the auto industry as a whole gave me complete confidence in my decision. Ray went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible and walked me through every step of the financing and paperwork process with ease. It’s rare to find someone so committed to customer satisfaction — he truly cares about his clients and it shows. I left Auto Merchant not only with a beautiful new car but also with a great sense of trust and gratitude. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Ray Fuentes. His professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service set a new standard for what a car buying experience should be. Thank you, Ray, and the Auto Merchant team, for making this such a positive and memorable experience!

South County Lexus review
Al Khan Wad my dealer at south country lexus branch. just from talking to him on the phone I felt his honesty and dedicated care. I drove 2 hours to buy the car since he manage to give me a very good price and a great service. Al is one of the best , he drove my car to LA , walked me through all the steps to connect my phone to the car and more , he offered to be available for me with any future questions . He offered to drive back the next day on his day off from work to help me with paper work on selling my old car . Al fallowed up with me for 2 days to make sure I am all being taking care . I highly recommend Al one of a kind dealer at Lexus of south country branch . Thank you Al for great service and great experience. Best regards Edna B.

I came in to get another car serviced with a friend and ended up buying a honda from Armon the manager at this place. He was so helpful and it felt like he didn’t really push anything on me and actually found me a really good deal on 2016 Honda Civic

Galpin HondaReviews
Galpin Honda review
I can’t say enough good things about Gilbert Jordan at Galpin Honda. Gilbert has always taken great care of me and makes buying a vehicle about as quick and painless as it can possibly be. Even when I decided to purchase my Ford truck from Galpin Ford, Gilbert helped facilitate the deal and made sure I was taken care of throughout the process. That kind of customer service and loyalty is exactly why I continue to recommend him.
