Excellent service! I took my certified 2021 CRV recently purchased from Hugh White used lot to have service for auto-idle not working. Turns out battery was bad. There was no charge for service, battery, or diagnostics even though technically I purchased from lot a few months ago. Big thanks to Steve Skaggs, Hugh White Honda service advisor for his help and understanding!

CarMax Columbus Easton review
Shawn McMahan is an awesome person. I came into the dealership twice looking for a car. My first visit was unsuccessful because I did not have the down payment. Shawn was incredibly understanding with my situation and tried very hard to get the lowest down payment possible. Once I found the car, I told him that I would be back in a few weeks with the down payment. He touched base with me once, but wasn't pushy and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. On my second stop in, again, it seemed that the odds were against me. He went above and beyond to insure that I left with a car. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my family members and friends. Thanks again, Shawn, from the bottom of my heart!

I'm 64 years old and am ashamed to admit that I listened to a used car salesman. With all the technology at our fingertips we should know better. On the other hand the service department made up for it by listening to my story and trying to make me happy. What would have been a 3000$ (6 months after buying) was reduced to 80$. Thank you so much. I will always by Honda but as the old saying goes "once burned twice shy". Never trust a used car salesman

All of my experience s at this dealership have been great! I had my car serviced on 10/5/26. There were no issue with my vehicle and everything was done in a timely manner. The waiting area had plenty of seating and was very clean . Plenty of places to hookup devices for work or occupying time while waiting.

Honda Civic EXL hatchback is a great car. I had a 2018 EXL coupe and was reluctant to have a four door. The 2024 is a quality made vehicle. I couldn't be any happier.

When you buy a Honda from Roush, you get a level of support and service that feels more like purchasing a Lexus, Acura, or a German luxury vehicle. The team at Roush has real tenure, and it shows—everyone greets you with a smile and genuinely cares about helping you. Their service department is outstanding, with several excellent advisors. A personal shout-out to Brody, who most recently helped me and made the experience seamless, and to Andrew Beckett, the Service Manager, for leading a team that consistently delivers top-tier care. They truly understand the brand and are true Honda ambassadors. The same goes for sales. Whenever my family or I are in the market for a new vehicle, we reach out to Lee Cohen at Roush. The customer experience and genuine care are exactly why I keep coming back.

I purchased 2019 Honda Civic Sedan. I was very pleased with the knowledge that Mikale Long provided for me. He went above and beyond to answer any and all questions that I asked. It was very windy and cold on March 14, 2023. Mikale Long brought several vehicles inside that I had questions on so that I could see and them for my self. That's where the above and beyond come in. He braved the cold so that I would not have to. I greatly appreciated his courtesy, knowledge, manners and respect he showed towards me. This is the 5th car I bought at Lindsay Honda and he is by far the best representative I've had. Never pressured me one bit. Give him a promotion which is well deserved. I will highly recommend my friends ask for him in the future. Thanks Mikale Long your service was greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work.

2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

We purchased a used Honda CRV approximately 2 years ago and our experience with Buckeye Honda has been great. They treated us well during the purchase process and have not stopped. We have hesitated in the past to use dealers for repairs and routine maintenance, but the service crew here is exceptional. We are treated with respect and kindness, and they never try to sell us what we don't need.

Hugh White Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Hugh White Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Salesman and Chiefs' fan Zachary was polite and patient without exception through a 5-day used vehicle purchase, including coming in on his day off to finalize the sale. Because of the pandemic, I emailed him early on, listing my social distancing needs; sales experience expectations; model, approximate year, and vehicle features needed; as well as trade-in vehicles’ features. The first CR-V he showed me was the one I purchased. Negotiations were kept respectfully short, and I think the dealer and I were both satisfied with the outcome. There were some hitches in paperwork—for example, the first loan document included the dealer’s initially proposed trade-in amount instead of the negotiated amount—but I believe these were unintentional mistakes, and they were remedied with haste and without complaint. You might save a bit more by driving to a high-volume Columbus dealer—I don't know—but if you prefer shopping in Athens, as I do, I recommend giving Hugh White a try.

Wally was very helpful. He was low key, and listened to our wishes. We looked at several 2020 Hondas, and some 2021's. We took a road test in the 2021 Accord Sport Sedan and believed it to be the car we were looking for. Good experience!
