2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Love this dealership! Purchased a used vehicle with my wife 6 months ago from Alejandro (Alex) and came back as we are planning for a third child and looking to replace our second car, a 3 row crossover, with a vehicle that has easier access to the third row (minivan). Our former salesman was out on medical leave but Cesar (CJ), Jeanette and a young salesman, forgot his name, stepped up and provided a wonderful experience. We did not end up purchasing the Odyssey as we were unable to come to terms on the Out the Door pricing but still enjoyed a wonderful few rounds of negotiations. As someone who has worked in many auto and power sports related industries before and through attending university, I am always impressed with Mossy’s professionalism, kindness and just general calm while putting up with my antics. My family highly recommends this dealer network. Also a shoutout to the service department that performed a service and recall fix on our previously purchased vehicle within a few hours on one of the days we were at the dealership negotiating. His absolutely positive, relaxed demeanor is great! What also stood out is that he listened to my needs instead of trying to push anything on me. I'm so thankful that it was Max who approached me. He even stayed 2 hours after his shift should have ended to walk me around the car, set up my phone, and congratulate me. 10/10 Both sales managers Garret and Cooper also helped create a phenomenal experience and the kicker was the Finance Manager, Nareg. He's super sharp while being great at connecting and explaining complicated things in an uncomplicated way. I can't express my gratitude for his willingness to solution seek to help me walk away with the car that night even though it was already late. Their General Manager Brad is doing a phenomenal job with the most important component to a great experience: the people.Thank you for making my first experience buying a car above and beyond my high expectations.
